They haven't played one single pre-season game so far, but that's perfectly fine. I was just wondering if they play against the Spurs in the pre-season on October 27th. It would be a smart idea since the Spurs are their first season game.

Does any one know where I can get a good Diet Specifically designed for MMA? I know some basics like eat protien and carbs after your workout. but I want a site that breaks it down like what foods to eat before you train after you train while your not training etc.

Alright, I'm getting into paintball and looking for my first gun. I mainly play with a few friends in woods or field. I've found 2 guns that seem good. The Tippmann 98c w/ a.c.t. (+a barrel upgrade, please recommend which) and the Spyder Rodeo. I don't want to spend over $200 and I want a good gun for what I'll use it for.
