I had my bench up to 340 in mid June. I am 37 and weigh 190. I have worked out consistantly, but I do not think too much. I train bench once a week with compound heavy movements. My weights have been slipping for the last two months and then a freefall for the last 45 days. What can I do to reverse this trend?

Does anyone else find this an ironic "kick in the face" to the folks of New Orleans? His son let's millions die, and he is there to celebrate their return? That was awful - the Bush family should be banned from there! It was like, "Hey, sorry my son let millions of you die needlessly for months and months, but I am here to say it is all okay now."
