I mean heck, he has more hits than Howard and Beltran. More home runs than Beltran, a higher batting average, OBP, slugging, and runs scored than both and you know he'll get around 47 homeruns and 130 RBI. Did I mention he has less strikeouts and more walks as well. Pujols is a beast and by far the most clutch hitter in the National League. Oh finally, he has a pretty damn good glove as well. Should I even ask this question? Seriously! Hands down the MVP!!!

Everytime i run..i get out of breath....i mean, i can run for a while...but then my breathing starts getting out of control...well thats what i think....and i fell like im gasping for air...i dunno what to do!!! i wanna be good for cross country...but i fell like panaking when i cant breath very well...i mean, i see everybody else breathing like nothing...and i wonder why i cant breath like that. can any runners help...???? or just anybody???

Im a Black Belt with Seido Karate (a mix between Shotokan, Goju-ryu, Kyokushin, with some aikido) and I'm just wondering what people would say.
