Yes they do suck but I like them anyway, and you will see a little bit of improvement this year. I'm thinking 6-10 or 7-9.

The 9ers sucked last season, but this season shows some promise. It looks like Alex Smith is coming into his own and gearing up to be a starting QB. With that said, this will be a nice improvement from last season. I see them easily winning 6-7 games this season. They are far from a play-off caliber team, but 2-3 more years and some good drafting, maybe....

No, they're not much good. But they really can't do worse and did actually improve during the offseason, and Alex Smith has nearly 16 games of playing experience under his belt and more weapons.

They were an awesome team once. I know for a fact, they will do better and they will probably come looking for you and beat you down for your "49ers suck" comment. I'd watch myself if I were you. . .

they wont make the playoffs, but they will do better. alex smith IS a good QB, he was just thrown into a starting spot too soon. expect him to do better this year, expecially with the new targets he has. my prediction now, vernon davis will be the leading receiver in all categories (catches, yards, and TDs) this year

yes they do suck...but they willl b better... 2 reasons...one the young guys r a year oler and smith or more used to the offense...and they have veron davis...and number 2...they cannt get worse

They need quality coaching staff which they don't have. You can't win with player if you don't have good coaches to correct their mistakes and give them proper training to improve.

they sucked so bad last year they have to do better if it werent for those last two wins they would have reggie bush right now
