Does that mean that Asian men, or Mongols, or American Indian men, any man in fact, with thick, lustrous, long hair, is going AGAINST nature? And AGAINST the Bible??

"Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her"

I have come across my Mum's bible and I was looking at it. Some words have changed.

E.g
Leviticus 18:22 states: "Thou shall not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is abomination."

Leviticus 20:13 states: "If a man also lie with mankind as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they should surely be put to death....".

In my bible,
Leviticus 18:22 states: "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable."

Leviticus 20:13 states: "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."

What version is my bible?

I am christian by the way and am a bit concerned. I want my Bible to be the same as every other Christian's bible.

I have seen how SOME atheists answer when they are asked, how did things began?

They will say "go and read some books, it looks like you dont know anything."

Science contradict itself, for example The Big Bang theory says that one day there was nothing. Matter did not exist, and then came to exist. However, some scientist claim that matter was always there. Hmm?

Were transition species inmortal? It looks like. still no evidence, even if they atheist say "there are many example in the labs" that is a lie.

Laws of science tell me that biotic organism are the only ones that can create life, however, evolution tell me the contrary.

Evolution contradicts :2nd law of thermodinamics.

Also, how can no life create life? How did the scientific laws create themself? How did matter come to existence? This is the explanation some scientifics can give "what we cant see, does not exist."

Last, an example of a atheist based regim that has not kill over a million people?

I was thinking about how it doesn't make sense that people would have lived so long back then when ancient man, Homo Erectus, Australopithecus and even Neanderthal's average lifespan was not even half of what ours is. When you think of wild beasts eating them, venemous insects and reptiles biting them, infections with no antibiotics, no real knowledge of any medicines or the inside of the human body even, how could they have lived so long? I know God can do the impossible and cause them to live that long but what if a day wasn't a full 24 hr day and a year was shorter, too. That would explain why when they should've died younger they lived to extraodinarily old ages. What does everyone think of this? Maybe this is just silly.

because god said so? there must be some other reason WHY.

you get checked for STD's and you have a faithful partner. you have a vasectomy. you already have children. and its still wrong to have sex for pleasure? people cant have a whole battalion of children, cause they cant afford all the expenses. thats why a vasectomy is a good choice after you have enough kids.

what about people that are born infertile? if god created them, didnt he prevented them from having children?

sex is healthy too!!!! it decreases the risk of having a prostate cancer, heart diseases and many other things. and you can see many studies that sexually active people live longer.

I remember a couple of answers that Quran is God's message and an exact replica of the original message carved in stone in heaven. Does it mean that heaven version of Quran is also in Arabic ? And if heaven version is not in Arabic, that means the earth version is an Arabic translation. Please clarify. Thanksl

The catholic church shuns homosexuality, as most religions do. So, if a priest is such a holier than thou type guy, why is it he doesn't give in to his pent up sexual urges with a hooker, nun or other adult female, but a MALE child, no less. What is wrong with such a religion/culture? It sounds to me like some priests are homosexual, as well as child molesters. Do you agree? Discuss.

why do catholics shun criminals such as rapists and theives, yet they donate millions of dollars to their churches to get their child molesting priests out of hot water with the law? After reading about how the catholic church covers up thousands of child molestation cases with their donated cash, why do catholics continue to feel they are making the best choice in their faith?
