By speculating in stock market, does it benefit the society?
I know St. Paul was a tent-maker, tent-making is building wealth for society.

It's a full on fight. You can only team up with people of your own group. Christians have to stay with in their denomination. Atheists and agnostics can't work together. No weapons. No one can use magic although I will allow prayer. What group or person is the last standing?

Isn't he doing god's work for him by tormenting sinners in a fiery hell for eternity? Why doesn't he reward the evildoers for turning away from god?

For example Christians might say Paul (Jesus is outside the rubric of the question)
Jews Maimondes (ditto Moses)
Muslims Ali (ditto Muhammed)
Hope you get it

It seems Jesus has stolen the spotlight even after people were told not to have any other gods before "God."

That, or that part of the 10 commandments contradicts the New Testament's "savior."

In Nigeria, Christian priests are claiming that children as young as two or three are Witches, and that they must either be "Delivered" - a process which the parents must pay huge amounts of money for and must often be repeated two or more times - or beaten/killed to keep them from cursing the villages. Most parents can not pay for the deliverances and will attempt to kill their own children because the priests tell them to. Children have been found with nails in their skulls, and with horrible burn marks from having scalding chemicals thrown over them.

Here's the big question: Are the churches there corrupt and the leaders only trying to gain money by taking advantage of poor people, or do they really believe that these children are witches? Take in mind that many of these priests have been spotted driving around in large expensive cars, while the villages they are in remain in poverty.

The first commandment found either in Exodus or Deuteronomy says ",I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery."

Now, are Christians really worshiping a different god deemed to be the Jesus Christ?

If "every sperm is sacred" and contraception is not allowed, then what happens to all of the female's eggs that don't get fertilized every month and just wash away with each period?

Is that not also a waste?

DO NOT respond if you do not allow email for my reply! Thanks! No chickens please!

The LDS church disfellowships anyone who is in a polygamous marriage.. So what does the D&C have to say concerning the LDS Church?

4 “…behold, I reveal unto you a new and an everlasting covenant and if ye abide not that covenant, [Polygamy] THEN ARE YE DAMNED…”(*Doctrine & Covenants,132:4)

“…no one can reject this covenant [Polygamy] and be permitted to enter into my glory…”(Doctrine & Covenants, 132:6)

Some LDS have tried to tell me that D&C 132 is about eternal marriage not polygamy, but they are put to shame by D&C 132:1 ". . . as touching the principle and doctrine of their HAVING MANY WIVES and concubines"

So everyone who is honest can see that D&C 132 and at least the first 6 verses are addressing POLYGAMY as an EVERLASTING COVENANT.

To put in bluntly, The LDS scriptures CONDEMNS the LDS church. So of course they are going to dream up a better interpretation/meaning for D&C 132..

When their Bible's second commandment concisely states:

"Do not make an image or any likeness of what is in the heavens above..."

This prohibits the construction or fashioning of "idols" in the likeness of created things (beasts, fish, birds, people) and worshiping them.

People includes "Jesus."

You know, The one thing I dont like is, Religious people they have "Freedom to religion"Yes thats true... But the opposite side also has the "freedom to express there self... And sometimes Christians and Others, get really mad at that. They can express there opinion.(Opposite Religion or non religous). Same as Atheist Speaking Against Christians, Opposite... So why do religion groups and non religous people get angry when the other bashes there religion. Freedom of expression.

This is my opinion but to me, Your kinda saying im Un-American not to give fellow people the same right i have.

Note: I could be taking Freedom of expression out of context....

If you dont understand, say you dont I'll rephrase it.

Upon hearing of his cousin, John's beheading by Herod, Jesus tried to go to the desert to be alone, but the crowds followed him on foot. When saw this huge crowd, in the midst of his grief, he felt compassion and healed their sick and then fed them from the five loaves and two fishes with 12 baskets of remnants left over after feeding the 5000 men plus women and children (Matthew 14:12-21 and also in Mark Luke and John).

This touches me the most today because it inspires me to continue serving loving and giving regardless of how much I may be saddened, down, depressed. It also indicates that God is constant no matter how I feel and that others can be helped even if I'm not feeling up to it. To not turn away from the constant demands of the world just because I'm feeling like I'd like to have some privacy for awhile.
