Hi Beth,
Yes, to all three of your questions. We must never forget that we are imperfect human beings. Christ knows the condition of mortal man. We are confused, troubled, cantankerous, impatient , insensitive and not quite as carring as we should be. God factors all these things into the makeup of every person. He nevers cease to love us because of the defects in our character. His grace is sufficient. We are going through the process of santification every day. We are saved wholly by his grace. Meaning unmerited.
He holds us resposible, but he also forgives us for failing to do what we should have done. We must seek his forgiveness daily for these apparent lapses in our life.

All believers works on earth will be tested as with fire (yet we'll be saved by that fire), what remains from God, the believer will be rewarded.
I believe the believer will suffer loss as the bible states.
I don't think that God will say, Why didn't you do this or that. (my own opinion)
Rewards of reigning with him for the overcomer or shining like the stars of the universe are good incentive to try and learn all we can and put God first.
A rich warm reception into heaven is a wonderful reward, some will be famous as they walk in there, ha. See?

this is really a two part question.... salvation will be judged on one thing...are we in the Book of Life...have we genuinly accepted Christ as our Master?
The goats and sheep...the tare and the wheat.
But even then...I do believe the Saints will give an accounting for their days, the blessing He gave us to share from our abundance and the opportunities we had to evangelize.
One thing is for sure....God is the perfect Judge.. His decision will be perfect....and in the presence of His Glory, we will understand.
Might want to read Dietric Bonhoffer (sp?). Profound theologian who was executed by the Nazis...had a lot to say about Grace...and how the way we live our life can cheapen the gift given to us.

I will be accountable for my own actions. Having salvation was my first action with God and the rest is up to me. I try to live a good life as God would have me live, but I fall short every day, but I do ask forgiveness for what I do. Sometimes we do things that are wrong and we are completely unaware of them at the moment, but the only thing you have do is ask for forgiveness. Our God is an Awesome God.

not that you are obligated to preach the Word , God picks people i think to be Pastors and in their hearts they know that THAT is their calling from God and that is without a doubt their meaning in life
to tell PEOPLE OF JESUS
could shoulda woulda known but didnt... if u reject christ cuz u heard from a death metal song that satan rules
and u know at the church that u live by that says GOD RULES hmmmmmmmm then u will be held responsible and sentenced to eternal torture and npain in hell with Satan
but every secret hidden thing and
deed, weather good or bad
will not go unjudged
it will be on your shoulders on judgement day i think as a poor choice that u will be held responsible for BUT not punished because Jesus died for that fact of being forgiven
we aint all perfect
Like the walking God Jesus was in the flesh sinless we are born to not forgive everybody and avoid things that dont immediatley catch our attention (we are a selfish species) coulda known BUT DIDNT
and if u truly do not tell a single person about Jesus your held responsible for???????
when i was in construction its like hitting your head against a brick wall trying to tell of Jesus to certain people that didnt know Him and didnt care....... so in a way it was detrimental to my own personal self esteem
being excluded from the majority of my crew members during lunch and breaks cuz they were so dang hard headed to believe and open up to me about Jesus so they only spoke when i spoke to them ... really in a way telling some people about Jesus can make things worse (just in my specific situation) cuz runnin a crew that are afraid to communicate just made the work side of the situation worse off for me????
wow , sorry about that......... SOOOO long... i am just a rambling tonight i apologize
very interesting question thaks

No, He won't
I am a Christian
God will judge the lost at the white throne judgment
Jesus will judge the saved at the judgment seat of Christ.
The works that I do for the wrong reasons or do not do will burn, not me.
Christ has paid for ALL my wrongs in the past, present and the future.

The character of the judge in the parable, who feared not God nor regarded man, was presented by Christ to show the kind of judgment that was then being executed, and that would soon be witnessed at His trial. He desires His people in all time to realize how little dependence can be placed on earthly rulers or judges in the day of adversity. Often the elect people of God have to stand before men in official positions who do not make the word of God their guide and counselor, but who follow their own unconsecrated, undisciplined impulses.
In the parable of the unjust judge, Christ has shown what we should do. "Shall not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him?" Christ, our example, did nothing to vindicate or deliver Himself. He committed His case to God. So His followers are not to accuse or condemn, or to resort to force in order to deliver themselves.

I believe we will give an account for everything we have done
So that covers all 3, But, when I was saved he forgave me all my sins. But I have to strive and pray daily for the the things I say and do.I will not be perfect until I am with him. and the way the world is going so fast with all the evil and hate I have to be careful not to hate the person doing the evil but hate the evil they do.Because He loves us all. God Bless.

If you don't know any better, God won't hold you accountable. If you look back and think of opportunities He gave you but you didn't do anything about it, feeling sorry about it, and perhaps asking for forgiveness, is a good thing. It makes you a better person tomorrow. All God is trying to do with you is building a humble character.

Absolutely to all of the above. Luke 12:2 - "For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known." 1 Cor. 3:13 - "Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is." God bless you!!!
