Memories of the past~~or~~ Dreams of the future? How do they differ? Do they truly differ? Could they be one and the same? Is there a spiritual significance to your memories and dreams? How much do they encompass? How far do they expand?

This is a serious question, so if you want to make jokes I"m just going to ignore you. I am a christian. I have heard some compelling stories about ufo's. If they do exist, I'm pretty sure they're demonic in nature. What do other christians think about them?

From all the A that I got from My Q about indoctrination. Some people argue that religion has to be present in teachings because it´s part of culture. My argument is that it´s not desirable to burden oneself with out of date references if today´s world asks for more efficient functions.
If there are valid points in the bible, it´s easy to prune the tree, throw away all the superstitious stuff and leave a core of positive philosophy like "thou shalt not kill" and so forth.
Someone Answered asking who gave me the right to decide what to teach, and I´ll answer that that right was stolen from common sense by all the major religions to impose on human beings. It´s time to reassert what´s right and what´s not, and seek balance in choices. There´s no reason that the "right of religion" be abused by christianity or muslims on kids because THEY think it´s the right think to do. It´s time to be able to decide what makes sense for each of us and for our children.
Relgious people, STOP MEDDLING!

How many of you have been raped. Not date raped. VIOLENTLY raped. If not what makes you think that you can tell another woman to carry to term the child of a man that raped her and what gives you authority over her? Knowing somebody who is raped doesn't cut it.

non-religiousness is to Atheism what Catholicism is to Christianity. It is only a part of it. There are many more Atheists than there are non-religious, just as there are many more Christians than Catholics.

I am one of those 'many more'. I am Atheistic, but I have religion.

Atheism is the state of not believing in a Deity of any kind, therefore most (if not all) non-religious people are Atheists.

To believe in a higher force is not the same as believing in a supreme being, although many believe in both.

So cutting a long story short all non-religious are atheists, but not all atheists are non-religious

Can I have views on this?

Do you have any thoughts on how to draw the line between embracing fellowship with other Christians, loving one another, etc....versus being as transparent as possible as Paul was when witnessing about Christ, so as to lead people to Christ, not to us. (As Paul said, "I must decrease so that he may increase.")

Sometimes I find it hard to get just the right balance between these two things...any advice would be much appreciated!

The reason I am asking this question is- if there are many paths to heaven, then are we putting God on our level? If someone believes that we can be good enough to earn heaven, how good do you have to be/ If Jesus is not the only way to heaven, then God made a mistake by sending Him to die, if you can get to heaven by believing your own way, Jesus died in vain, what are your thoughts on this?

Ronald Reagan called Vietnam "a noble cause," implying that even though the war failed to stop the Communist conquest of SE Asia, it was right to fight for freedom. Can a similar case be made for the Crusades as a disorganized and ultimately unsuccessful attempt to liberate the Holy Land from Islamic despotism?

Some people dream when thier asleep, some people dream when they are awake. I beleive this ephinany and this dream has some spiritual meaning God wants me to reveal to me.

Yesterday I got a haircut and I decided to change my avitar to match or be similar to what I got and I also changed the outfit to clothes I would like to start wearing when I go out.

In the backround I choose fireworks to be the backdrop of my avitar and when I did I felt so free and so alive, it was like I have begun to be reborn and go forward. I always loved to see fireworks as a child as a teen and now as a grown woman.

My question is this for those of your that can interpret dreams what does it mean if you think about or dream about fireworks, what do fireworks symbolize? What does it mean to you when you vizualize or see fireworks?

The ONE... is called.... WORKS... RELIGION... which Incompases... MOST of that Called.... Religion! ONE... works.. to get... GOD'S Favor...!

The OTHER TRUE ONE.. is Called True Christianity! IT is Salvation... by Pure Grace... and NOT OF [ Man's ] WORKS

(Ephesians 2:8-9-10) For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God,

(Eph 2:9) not of works, lest anyone should boast.

(Eph 2:10) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

AND.....

(Titus 3:4-5-6) But when the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared,

(Tit 3:5) not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,

(Tit 3:6) whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,

What DO " YOU " Know As TRUTH?.. Romans 10:9-to11?

Thanks, RR
