I mean, he can just make things happen, he doesn't need angels to do his job for him. Then why does he need Angels? Does he get tired or is he just lazy??

guys, you are missing the point, if god was ALMIGHTY he won't need anyone or anything helping him, would he? He could and he would do it all by himself!

Doesn't make sense, does it? I've been saying it for years. The idea of an omnipotent almighty God make absolutely no sense.

God forbid! if he would create them for what you've mentioned.
I heard the followin' from a spiritualist and a cleric :
the god have created the angels for the worship of the god as well as for service.But the worship is the major reason an here is why , the god created the them to show us (the humankind) he is not in need of our worship if we won't adore the god. and here is the point: the god created the angels forced to the worship but he created the human free to choose which god he'll adore. The god let the people to choose their spirituality .... so if u would choose to glory the god, It'll be a bigger consideration and regarding for god than the angle would do. That's because u have the option (the freedom of choice) and the angle forced to do so.
The Summary is : the god created them to state that he isn't in need to ur worship,but if u'll glory him it ll be more bless.

Why do you need help on the job and at school? God can not make square circles, his grand design has immutable laws. Gravity, material, time and space... his design is full of living things - all have a purpose in God's Master Universe. There is a vast, literally vast, gulf between time and space and infintiy and eternity. Angels serve the purpose of guarding your soul, for example.

Simple answer: God isn't magic, he's a creative genius. A computer programer uses lines of program code to serve function's. Does that mean the computer programer is being lazy by not pixelating himself into the program??

God CAN do everything and anything. He has a reason and purpose for everything that He does. Our small minds can never grasp His overall purposes and ways.

God doesn't need anyone. He is certainly not lazy. Angels serve as messenger, guards, scribes, and a host of things like we do. Just like us they are and were created by God for His Glory and Pleasure.

Angels are those having lived on earth and died, or those that will live on earth, having as their prime obligation to serve as messengers of God.
They do not have wings as they had been depicted by ancient artists. The wings simply represented freedom of movement at the time.
God makes things happens by following His natural laws of science and order and brings to pass events through His angels and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Very possibly there are times when He needs them because they can touch things that He cannot. Sin, for example.

in islam we believe God is in need of nothing. God is so great and unbelievable that if a human saw him basically they would be in eternal shock at his beauty and magnificance. so he has angels to bring messages to people such as angel gabriel did to muhammed,and angel gabriel to mary and so on. God does not need angels or people. it is we who are in need of him.

you are right God needs nothing else but God- however angels are to be used to glorify and praise His name forever- God does not need us either- but He loves us and wants us to have a relationship with Him.
