The heart of the Christian faith is John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Because every time I have loved deeply, or have hurt deeply, I don't feel that emotion coming from my heart, I feel it coming from the center of my body, where my soul is. That is how I know for a fact that I have a soul, and I don't think it exists in people in any other way. I have a clear minds eye view of where it is and I think that God put it there. Have any of you have ever felt like you were so sad that part of you dies, or the feeling you get when you long for someone that you have lost, or the feeling you get when you have held your newborn in your arms for the first time? You would know exactly what I'm talking about if you have, and there would be no question in your mind of where those feelings come from. I know where my heart is and it is not in the center of my body. How would you explain that if you didn't believe that you had a soul?

I know we can debate what is right, but really deep down we all know what is.

I know Christians will be tempted to say God is right, the bible is right and blah blah blah, but no matter your faith whether Christian, Jew, Muslim pagan etc is not this a good way to live?

Why do most ppl think that "goodness" on some level will gain them entrance into heaven?

No one in heaven will be there because they have been good, but because they ARENT , and are relying on the goodness of the ONE who died for them. Those are the ONLY ONES going to heaven , according to the Bible.

According to the site pagan-network.org/forums/showthread. (as at 20 June 2006) this person stated that 'the best approach is to complain that this [charity's] activity cannot be in the public benefit.' This person apparently used a website to offer advice on how to complain to the Commission against an evangelical Christian charity. He suggested methods for wasting its resources by inundating it with fake requests for help.

This is all tied up with The Charities Act 2006 removing the presumption that groups existing for the advancement of education, religion or relief of poverty provide public benefit. From early 2008 onwards such groups must prove their public benefit to obtain / maintain charitable status. This will put huge pressure on Christian groups to conform to ever-shifting values and public opinion, and to degrade their proselytising work.

I've nothing against pagans but wonder what's happening to British law. Why is freedom to spread the gospel so hated in a democracy
