Why is it not possible for all religions to be true? Wouldn't that make sense? God gave us freewill and different personalities. He knew that, and it is possible for Him to have made each religion true. I think that each religion has truth and lies. I do not see why God didnt make all these stories real so that the different people could all be able to get into heaven. All the stories are equallly unbelieveable, yet billions of people believe them. Why is that not possible?

Okay, not many understood what I meant. Sorry. The thing is, many (No, I don't know how many, but alot of them) book publishers will not put a book into print if the writer has used the King James Version of the Bible. They apparently have their own pet versions or something. On reflection, I do not think it is censorship. What do you think the reason(s) might be?

Why do we look at some external being, God or figure or whatever to dump our responsibility instead of looking internally ? Then some one try to bash about, they become very hostile, even shed blood for what ~!? In the end, everything remains the same, but your own mind in negative way. So why bother?

For every action, there is a reaction. The same could
be said, in the spiritual world. If we lie, cheat, steal,
fornicate, use profane language, kill, and lust after the
evil things of this world, then we get punished.
Don't you agree Yahoo ? Best answer wins.
Does God punish us for sin ?

Do you not believe in music theory either?
The dictionary definition of the word "theory" in this case is
"A formal statement of rules on which the subject studied is based"
It does not meant that it is an idea or guesswork

In 1994 the Invisible Pink Unicorn got started on message boards, and in 2005 the Flying Spaghetti Monster was an idea incorporated in a letter to the state of Kansas regarding the states desires to put Intelligent Design into the schools.

Just for those of you who are unfamiliar, an alternate atheist theory is a fake mythology meant to illustrate the absurdity of religions/religious belief.

It is my belief and makes sense that the terrorists are actually Israelis who have taken on muslim names. Who is Islam at war with? Not the US, but Israelis attacking Islam using muslim names causes confusion and finger pointing. Once in a while they attack Israel not to blow their cover.

The best told lies are slight variations on the truth. The Pagan "religions" are very good lies. The Liar was even capable of projecting them into human history in what appears to be before Jesus Christ was in the world.

Some of the extensive lies are the reincarnation, seasonal rebirth, and even sacraficial stories and behavior. None of them come close to the Truth. The closest mankind, under the influence of Satan, has been able to copy the Truth is by sacrificing its own children (something that was never even in God's mind). None of Paganism shows the mercy and love of God. He sacrificed His own Son.

The illusion that these religions came "before" Christianity is a point of confusion for some who are already confused by engaging in the occult. Christ is I AM. These other religions did not exist until creation. Christ is the Word of creation, He created the world. Satan didn't project the Pagan religions into the world before the Fall.

Yours in Christ Jesus, Grace

It seems to me that it is pretty much pointless for atheists and theists to debate about religion because they aren't thinking on the same plane. Atheists demand facts and theists rely on faith, a concept that means nothing to atheists. The conversation just ends up going in circles and everyone ends up pissed off. So what's the point?

An answer to a previous question brought this to my attention.

He was born of a virgin, started preaching at 30, walked on water, got strung up on a tree between two robbers in atonement of sins, was ressurected, and there's many more similarities.

Just coincidence?

Have a look at this link for a comparision, along with other gods that seem to have a few things in common with Jesus.

Combining this with the lack of evidence for the existence of Jesus, why do so many christians fall for the story?

Or should christians switch their allegience to Horus?
