I was once in a mall and I was looking for a Radio Shack. There was a map of the mall and so I thought, "Just look at the map!", right?
Well this map was color coded and I could see no Radio Shack, but I knew I had been there before and others had told me it was still there.
So anyway....I couldn't find it. So I asked my wife, "Do you see it anywhere?". Now John she just was amused that I did not find it and so she looked at the color coded map and POINTED TO A BLACK SPOT ON THE MAP and exclaimed, "It is right there!".
I looked and looked and saw nothing but black! So I said, "Where?", to which she replied, "Right there!", pointing to a black spot with her gentle fingers and smiling that somehow I was not seeing what she saw.
I asked her, "What color is it?". She said, "Green.".
John, we then walked to that Radio Shack and I bought what I needed.
My point is, I did not see the sign. I was not able to process that information and had I not asked someone who c

Paul, assume everyone is telling the truth. What could you be missing? What are you afraid of? Is there such a thing as functional paranormal behavior?

(Al~Qyran) Al Bakarah 255. Allah! There is no God save Him, the Alive, the Eternal. Neither slumber nor sleep overtaketh Him. Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that intercedeth with Him save by His leave ? He knoweth that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of His knowledge save what He will. His throne includeth the heavens and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is the Sublime, the Tremendous.

The question is silly.
When I hear people claim supernatural powers, or connections with invisible beings, I quite reasonably believe that they're wrong. In the absence of any evidence, there's no reason for me to even suspect for a moment that those claims are true.
When I point that out in public, those believers often say something like what you've said - that I must be terribly arrogant and believe that I know everything, if I am so willing to dismiss their beliefs.
But there's nothing remotely arrogant about dismissing fantastic unsupported claims. In fact, it's quite the opposite: the arrogance is in the person making such claims and expecting me to treat his/her say-so as though it were real evidence. I don't expect that others would believe me if I said "I can fly by flapping my arms - trust me!". Why should they be able to expect me to believe their equally unsupported claims?

For those who are unbelievers. Psychic is simply a natural act of listening to ones soul, the speaker is God. If you do not believe in either, you certainly have that right, no I don't mean that sarcastically.
If you want to test that fact, send me something you carry around on your body for a while, and I will tell you things about you that I have no way to know. It will be personal, it will be obvious that I am not guessing.
btw, of course everyone sees things different and from a perspective other than your own.
Blessed Be

If it wasn't possible we would never learn a thing. We humans share so much more than we know, especially when sharing enlightenment's. When we hear a truth our spirit reacts. Your spirit doesn't ask your mind if this is right or wrong. Your spirit will bear witness to a truth upon hearing a truth.
We always hear that we should bless those we love. I had an epiphany ( at least for me it was ) that to bless someone is to "love" them, real love. When we bestow real love people and situations are healed. Not heart love, but real, true spiritual love. The song of the universe. So, in essence to bless someone is to heal them. Wanted to share that. Thanks. Peace and love>

As long as you're alive, there is always more to learn. If you stop your thinking, then you will be stuck. You always see things your own way because you're an individual. It takes all the puzzle pieces together to make a full picture. I think I believe what works and makes sense and throw the rest out.

My husband has the gifts of mercy and prophecy. He can see things about a person he has just met. It very often happens that people he has just met will find themselves telling him things they have never told anyone else. He tells them the truth, often challenges them, but always leaves them with a lot to consider. He sees them as God sees them and gives them Truth whether they want to hear it or not. God gave him that gift.
God gives His believers certain gifts, and when we recognize what they are, we need to use them as they were intended. I have been told that I have the gift of discernment. I can sense demons. I am not afraid of them because I wear the armor of God. They can torment me when I rebuke them, but they cannot harm me. It is difficult to tell someone they are surrounded by a certain type of demon. Whether I tell them or not, I will pray over them. Having the courage to do just that saved my sister's life last Fall.
God gives those who ask for it Wisdom. Many people are blind to what they can't see. There are those who will understand what that means, and those who won't.

It sounds as though you have a particular type of colour blindness and if things were printed in slightly different colours you would be OK. Not a problem with your attitude but other people need to change the way they present things.

as far as my personal understanding it is the thoughts and choices i have and make that determine my understanding as a human and every one of us on this planet has the same gift...so as each individual makes choices they determine the understanding and the knowledge they see and live...understanding can be as limited or unlimited as the individual makes it for themselves

True wisdom is knowing that I know nothing.
I live by my principles, and adhere to them as much as I knowingly can; it is this action that makes them principles.
