Is religion an Exxcuse? ALL religion is artificial anyway ?

Why do we look at some external being, God or figure or whatever to dump our responsibility instead of looking internally ? Then some one try to bash about, they become very hostile, even shed blood for what ~!? In the end, everything remains the same, but your own mind in negative way. So why bother?

I personally think that organized religion is a part of mind control. We all know right from wrong and we all have the ability to use our own spirits to heal our shortcomings. But most people have the sheep's herd mentality when it comes to doing anything. They would rather do what all the other sheep are doing in fear of standing out. To me that's what organized religion does. It helps you to go along to get along without empowering yourself to create your own personal one on one relationship with the higher power of your choosing.

Whether it be God, Allah, Jesus, Jehovah, Buddha, The Universe....It's all the same....spirituality is your higher consciousness and your own unique ability in connecting with it to work for you...not some man-made control mechanism.

firsr of all religion is not artificial. i am guessing u might be aetheist or u dont care about ur religion. And in the end trust me things will change.U just dont have the right mind to think that way.In my opinion u r the one that is being a little negative and hyrtfull to some people who belive in certain stuff. God and religion are only an excuse if that's what people let them become. With that in mind, not all people do.

If religion is an excuse, then so is money, family, and morality in general. People will act out in violence because of many things.

i can tell u r a very disturbed person. u obviously did not find a religion to suit u. u have been deceived. religion is a way of life. ppl choose religion because they find comfort and faith in their religion. i think it is time for u to leave your hole and search for a religion. try looking at Islam. even though it seems like u have strong feelings against it. if you research, u will find it the most peaceful and logical religion on earth.

I don't believe that way. In the end we will all find out. I hope you are correct in your assessment, for your sake. But I believe I am right. Just because we believe something doesn't make it right. As it is said, "time will tell".
