In response to some of your answers. No, this child actually lifted a couch that is a good weight with one arm. In addition this same child moved an iron lawn chair with ease. At first I thought it was pretty amasing and she should be on television; however I became perplexed when she displayed no sense of pain or fear. What concerns me is that this child has been ousted by teachers and their is only one person and that was her former school principal that would not give up; however this principal seemed to be afraid to give her insight of this child's behavior. Now the other children in the house hold are completely different, happy and child like. This child has the behavior of an adult almost criminal minded. Now, you can call me crazy but the parents told me that she can read minds. I tested it; I thought of something and this child repeated it. It was like something out of a David Blane show. I just do not understand this phenomanah. Many do not believe until they meet this child

According to christians, God knows the future right? Therefore he already knows who is going to hell for merely not believing in Jesus. You might say "God knows who will go to hell, but it is not God who makes man choose his path, man chooses his own path". Pathetic excuse indeed, man doesn't choose to go to hell. A persons character (consequently his choices) is shaped by the persons genetic build-up and environment. God is the one "chooses" to make a man that he already knows will go to hell. What about those who dies before they are born? How do they choose? Or are they given the privilege to go straight to heaven (or hell for that matter) without prooving themselves like everyone else? So people who lived a morally rightgeous life but was born before christianity itselt in some tribal village and had very limited knowlege and was deeply taught by his ancestors to believe in some religion will go to hell? Keep in mind, he did not believe in Jesus( he wasnt born yet). Ouch!!!!

There seems to be many postings here from atheists.
I am not knocking atheists here, but I really don't understand why they spend so much time in the "religion and spirituality" section if they don't believe in God and/or religion? Looking for serious honest answers.

I have witnessed several perfect strangers that have never met this child before say that she is "evil." I have personally talked with this child to find out if it is something else. In addition I had this child stay with a former school teacher of 27 years and she gave up because during an incident at a store this child told security that she did not know her and nearly got her arrested. I have seen this child brag about being stronger and unable to feel pain to the other children and adults. This child has drew a pentegram on her dora the explorer doll's forehead. When asked why she did that she did not know. When asked if she has seen that sign before she said she never had. I am the most skeptical of all people but I am at a rut. I have seen this child lift items heavier than a adult without any sign of straining. This child is approximately 40 pounds and I have witnessed this child lift a full lenght sofa with one hand. This child doesn't seem to shed a tear and is fearless.

Would reporting someone necessarily be bad? Should we just sit back and take their coy insults? How do you handle their satire and rude behavior?

I'm just having trouble wrapping my mind around the Christian Republican stance that it is better to throw unwanted Embryos in the trash can, as opposed to using them for stem cell research. Anyone care to elaborate?

I was researching some organizations such as Jews For Jesus, when I came across some information suggesting that Roman Catholics believe that Jews already have a covenant with God that they can follow, and do not require conversion to Christianity in order to be saved.

I realise that Jews For Jesus is a highly controversial organization with a mandate that is equally contentious. In looking them up, I found this entry at wikipedia that contains quotes from major Roman Catholic leaders. Here's the link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jews_for_jesus#Christian_opposition_to_Jews_for_Jesus_and_to_efforts_to_evangelize_Jews

What do you think? Do Roman Catholics believe in Dual Covenant Theology? I think it’s a fascinating subject. I'm not saying that I do (or do not) believe it. But I think that if the people of one non-Christian faith can be saved through their own agreement with God, then so can others.

What do you think?

450 feet x 75 feet just isn't big enough to carry two of every species, Noah and his extended family, plus food and fresh water enough for all for forty days and nights (?).
Unfortunately for you believers the scribes gave the dimensions of the Ark...and they're not even close. Just look at the African species alone. It would have taken 20 arks, and crews, or more just to carry them.

And what about the dinosaurs?
North & South American species?
Australian?
Asian?
And how did arctic and equatorial creatures survive together?

Just distributing the fodder, meat and water would have been more than a hundred men could do in a day.

I mean really people, doesn't this give you a clue?

I consider myself a christian. I believe that Jesus is the "son" of God, or rather the essence of God. I believe in compassion and selflesness. I accept the fact that I am not perfect and that I sin but I also accept the fact that change is possible and necessary in order for me to "evolve" as a human being.

I dont believe that Jesus saved us from damnation but rather from ignorance. I believe that parts of the old testament were written by jewish priests in order to unite and control the israelites. And therefore should not be taken as the word of God.

I believe that people should not worship a book or be completely guided by one. Specially when it teaches hate and senseless violence as it did for the ancient israelites.

But I do believe that God is in everyone of us and that the purpose of life is to awaken to that truth and by doing so, become as perfect as our inner essence.

I believe that by practicing limitless compassion we will realize the Truth!

Mars is extremely close to planet earth. The two planets are vastly different in our solar system. One planet is teeming with all kinds of life and the other planet is totally void of life.

The Earth at one time was without form and void just like the planet Mars until a special creation commenced on planet earth by a Creator and master designer. Their is not even one tangible shred of evidence that any life has evolved on Mars. None! Earth on the other hand is teeming with all kinds of intelligent life because of a Creator who put it all together on this one planet. The Earth is not a fluke or blind chance. God created certain planets for reasons other than to harbor life.Mars is a prime example. Evolution in a trillion years will not produce life on any dead planet regardless as to how close it is to the earth and our sun. God declared his special creative acts for planet earth in Genesis 1:1. He spoke the word and it was done. God is Creator.

Have faith dear friends in God

I know of a child that has some of the most phenomanal characteristics that it is unreal. No, one can really explain except for this child is evil. I never seen a child that has the capability of plotting and planning events to turn out a certain way. This child is privledged and lives in a beautiful environment. This child's siblings and other children within the house are very normal. It is almos to the point this child is obsessively possessive and is willing to go out at all cost to get what this child wants. This child has even caused injury to other children and will deny of any wrong doing. I have witnessed this child repeatedly expelled from schools and common children social gatherings. The child's school teacher is afraid and the principal is getting less tolerant. Example: This particular child did not get what she wanted while in day care; So this child banged herself against the wall and blamed the care provider if she didn't get what she wanted; she was ousted.
