According to christians, God knows the future right? Therefore he already knows who is going to hell for merely not believing in Jesus. You might say "God knows who will go to hell, but it is not God who makes man choose his path, man chooses his own path". Pathetic excuse indeed, man doesn't choose to go to hell. A persons character (consequently his choices) is shaped by the persons genetic build-up and environment. God is the one "chooses" to make a man that he already knows will go to hell. What about those who dies before they are born? How do they choose? Or are they given the privilege to go straight to heaven (or hell for that matter) without prooving themselves like everyone else? So people who lived a morally rightgeous life but was born before christianity itselt in some tribal village and had very limited knowlege and was deeply taught by his ancestors to believe in some religion will go to hell? Keep in mind, he did not believe in Jesus( he wasnt born yet). Ouch!!!!

You've got the main stream Christian belief down pat. Here's another idea though. What if these beliefs are simply man made and have been handed down from generation to generation and are wrong? Maybe you should find out for yourself whether they are true or not. That's what I did and I can promise you that you will be shocked when you learn the truth.

This is silly.

It's only since Eastern ideas of God were given wide-spread publicity that young people got all this mixed up.

Jewish and Christian scholars never contemplated that God knew the future. It's not stated in the Bible. This is a made-up argument by mixing the Eastern concept of God with the Western concept and pretending they contradict. OF COURSE THEY DO!

You act like you've made some incredible point. All you've done is shown that you haven't the first idea what you are talking about, any more than some foolish Christian who argues with you from the idea that "God knows the future". That same Christian would get the same message from me.

Silly. Do some research rather than just tossing these rants out there. You'll get more credibility.

I'm not religious. Just tired of nonsense.

Makes a lot of sense to create some people who are chosen and then on the other hand, "hey, think i'll make some to go to this burning torture place"

For god knew those who were his and predestined them.. etc..It's in the bible.. those who know it can quote it by heart

and those that walk away were never really his. .Yea I've heard that one too. Just like the one about "don't look at the people" (when a christian is exposed for sinning) Look at the creator.. Well to me if you are going to be a Christian, you better behave exactly as the Bible says you should.

Basically no one is "really good" Why oh why people can't get that is beyond me.

Good question and I gave you a star.

Yes, man does choose to go to hell when he rejects God. " A person's character is shaped by their genetic build up and environment." Hah! Thats the lame excuse. As for those who are not old enough to make the decision for themselves(to or not to believe that Jesus Christ is their Savior) yes, they go to Heaven. And you mentioned "proving themselves"... We don't have to, and can't, prove anything to God. He sees straight through you and knows you and your intentions already. You can't make Him love you any more or any less. He loves you just the way you are, because he created you. You are His masterpiece :D

Be joyful always! (1 Thess 5:16)

particular, considering is an argument of a depraved coronary heart and mind's eye, no longer in basic terms no longer believing in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Hebrews 3:12-13 explains the middle situation of unbelievers.

Predetermination was doomed from the start....

That being said, the concept of an all powerful loving God sending people to hell is pretty contradictory. But how else are you going to keep people behaving themselves?

Sounds like a support of Predestinationism. God is omniscient, or all-knowing so he would obviously know the future. I haven't really looked into Predestinationism.

First of all all babies who die before they are born go to heaven. Second we all have free will. Then we'll never know God's plan.

Everything you say is right I believe in the bible but that concept of lovely God torturing people is more false than a bill of 127 dollars.
