u people say that god is so powerful, he can do anything he wants, so can he do this?

ancient romans used urine as mouthwash.
preacher is roman.
so basically what the preacher breathes out of his mouth is piss, something the body doesn't need.
deny the roman faith as foolishness before LORD GOD dies and you will make God glad.
stats show me that billions are roman catholic, guess it means their really are feeble minded people in record numbers out there.

I have a friend who I just learned is a Jew. Since they killed Christ and all non Christians are monsters, how can I justify associating with him, knowing that God will send me to Hell where I will be tortured for all eternity?

when you ask questions to people who are not christian etc you take points off when i give my opinion, i was not abusive in anyway, infact i respect your religion and your views, why dont you accept mine? if i were abusive, fair enough, take points off, but just because you disagree with my opinion why strip points away, you asked for my honest views!

christians often say that a person's bad behavior is between the person and god. assuming the person will only have to answer to god not the people. just wanted to know if you do things without regard to the "manmade" laws that govern us all or are you just exempt?

for example, the bible doesn't say don't molest children. so since it's not in there, is that why it's so prevalent in your circles?

Let me discribe it as the Lord set it up: It would have Prophets, Apostles, Pastors, Teachers, Missionaries (He sent out other seventy), etc. It would have a welfare plan (Come ye blessed of my Father). It could be added to or taken away from as the Lord directed (circumsision, Gentiles etc.) It would include other sheep than those in Jarusalem and there would be one fold and one Shepherd. Its head would have the keys to the Kingdom so that whatever should be bound or loosed on earth would be bound or loosed in heaven. Baptism by water and by fire ( Laying on of Hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost) would be required. It would declare Christ (God?) was a man before and after resurection (He ate fish with the Apostles) It would appear to be a cult because it would be different than the main stream evangelicals. Anyone know of such a church?

15. Love not the world, neither the things THAT are in the world. IF an man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16. For all that is in the world the lust of the FLESH, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

So basicly in my eyes God is saying to desire the flesh in heaven, notice the world. God created the heaven and the earth. So the love of the father will be with your marrage if you desire heaven with her. Is this one of the parables Jesus spoke about? I read this over and over I see you can have a wife in heaven, but I must earn the love of the father.

Wouldn't a truly secular government permit gay marriage as well as group marriage?

Wouldn't a truly secular government recognize that the rules of Islam permit more than one wife?

Wouldn't a truly secular government recognize that group marriage (and there are many types of group marriage) provides greater security for children as well as the family as a whole?

Why is marriage in America limited to the "Christian" model if not for religious reasons?

I notice growing up in a relatively open-minded fundy culture I *still* got the idea that God hated Satan, and that He expected His children to hate anything that the "good people" told them was the work of Satan.
I think that's more along the lines of what Satan would LIKE people to think, don't you?

Why would the Pope pray for the safe return of a specific person, like the little Portugese girl? Shouldn't he pray for the safe return of ALL missing people? Or is it just for the publicity and the spotlight?

Yes, I believe so. The Da Vinci Code, the Pagan Christ, the Ebionites, Arians, you name it, they are all fictitious views of Christ. The true Christ is the One revealed in our Holy Scriptures, the One who died on the cross for our sins, and was resurrected for our justification. Those who deny that Jesus is fully God and man, and did not die on the cross and rose again cannot be true Christians. Agree or disagree?
