Thinking requires one mental state at time A and a different mental state at time B. If God is unchanging, how can his mental state change? He can't think if he's unchanging, nor can he do anything.

Why do you continue to believe that after death....you are dead? You always seem to hit us with the verse in Ecclesiastes....but yet.....have you forgotten the new covenant brought about by the Lord Jesus Christ?
Consider these verses:

2 Corinthians 5:7-9 (New King James Version)
7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
Luke 23:42-44 (New King James Version)
42 Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
43 And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
1 Thessalonians 4:17
17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord

When you die you go to 1 of 2 places: Heaven with Christ....or hell without Him.

You decide.

all religions (spiritual paths will be lumped under this term as well for this) are potentially viable paths to enlightenment, if true effort is put forth for that goal. religions differ due to differing cultures and view points, and they are merely different descriptions for the same thing. (like getting different directions to the same destination from different people)

the transcendental power of the universe (commonly called God, or the various god/desses by religions) cannot possibly be personified, and any personification made by prescribing it to a deity is symbolic of certain aspects of it. but to deify it over simplifies it and removes some meaning. the power/force itself drove the creation of existance, and is made of the sum of all things in the universe, and the sum is greater than all of the parts. it is the force of nature, the laws of the universe, life itself. and it connects all things that exist, as all things are part of it.

[sorry it's so long]

Isn't the description non-Christian about as descriptive as saying

It was a black male between the ages of 11 and 70, between 4'4" and 6'7" and 100 to 300 lbs.

I know some of you here may think that is was very descriptive.

Some of you may have even given that description to the police.

This question is referring to people like you.

I am a Muslim to start with and I don’t mean disrespect by this questions

I read some where about the rapture and the tribulation and I found it to be a little bit alarming.

In that article the guy was claiming that the wording for the rapture are so obscured that it can be translated that the bad guys will disappear OR the good guys will disappear is this true?

I don’t want to be rude but this is what the guy was saying and here is the link to the comments on the article on netscape but the article itself is gone

http://religion.netscape.com/story/2007/02/26/will-you-be-left-behind

The article is no longer there so may be you can answer me

sorry again, I don’t mean disrespect but would appreciate your help telling me what will happen?

God bless
