God isn't interested in man's intelligence. That is why He bypasses it. The average intellect stumbles at the notion of God, while God speaks clearly to supposed lessers.

With intelligence comes responsibility and greater awareness of the consequences of your actions. No one is judged but you will experience bitter disappointment if you squander the gifts that karma gave you in order to grow spiritually.

No, because we are not as intelligent as we think we are, especially compared to the Lord. This is why he loves us so much because we just bumble around in the universe and we don't have a clue. Thank God for his Love.

intelligence is something which is given by God Almighty and God doesnt test u for what he has himself given u. but he will test u on the free will he has given, to chose the right path or wrong. Even a fool who utilises a part of his brain will come to know what is right or wrong when he is shown a path...

no. you will be judged according to the sin you have committed because there are sins which somebody have committed unknowingly to be a sin and those who were committed intentionally although they know that is a sin to commit.
