Wouldn't "God" want his believers to be more unified instead of constantly attacking each other?

I have a disease without a cure and that has left me with horrible pain for almost a decade? Why should I want to worship something that has left me with a disease that's been called "a doctor's worst nightmare"?

What will it do, send me to Hell where I'll just be subjected to even more pain and suffering?

I've already denied the existence of the holy spirit countless times, I'll even do it again right now: I deny the existence of the judeo-christian god, jesus, and the holy spirit, so I'm doomed to burn in Hell since that's the one unforgivable sin.

Why should I even consider worshipping such a tyrant?

Mine (can't remember who said it or the exact wording) is "A bad person can do bad things, but it takes religion to make a good person do bad things"

But the churches have taken the bible out of the service.
He preached about clean the inside of the cup not the outside.
Which he said like a zillion times. Never saying what bad was.
It is like a politician, say a lot of stuff people want to hear but never make any promises were you have to actually do anything.
Just be good! He doesn't want to step on anyones toes because there was people who were living together without marriage.
Thieves and liars, who were more than anxious to pay this preacher so no matter how bad they were they were going to heaven. He preaches tities and donate money.
But he never read a scripture that I can remember. Never condemed anything. told that the more we sin the better the more Jesus has to forgive. If that is the case then why are we paying him? why go if all you have to do is send money?
Does giving money to rich people get you into heaven?

Where 'faith' is the belief in something:

-The universe was randomly created along with everything else to serve no purpose but to exist.

-God created us and the universe created for his glory and purpose so we could worship him and be with him forever.

If the Bible is unreliable cannot be trusted, because it has been altered by Jews and Christians as you claim, then how can we believe the passages that you say predict the coming of Muhammad? Maybe these are the corrupt & unreliable passages.

And if the Christians were altering the Bible as you claim, then why didn’t we simply delete or alter these passages that you allege talk about Muhammad when we were allegedly editing the Bible to suit our own beliefs?

And where is your manuscript evidence that the Bible has been altered? All of the ancient manuscripts collected by archeologists show that very little has been changed over the centuries. When was the Bible texts edited? Please show us the original unaltered Bible manuscripts on TV for all the world’s scholars to see if you have the proof that Christianity is fake.

Do you think Islumic people in the west would treat you the same if they were able to force America into an Islumic-state?

Do western Mudlims typify the other 99.999999999% of the Islumic world? For example, go watch all the super super extreme hatred overseas Mudlims have for non-muslim culture on this website that translates mainstream Islamic tv. http://www.memritv.org/

Now that you see what Mudlims say to each other, does that make you wonder if Mudlims in America are being honest with you? Let me ask you this...what did you really expect your Mudlim aquaintance to say when you asked him about Jihad? Did you expect him to say "yes Joe, we really are trying to force the world into an Islamic state, and you should convert, otherwise you will be killed"?

Fruits of thespirit: Love,Joy,peace,kindness,temperance,gentleness,longsuffering,meekness

If you claim you have the fruits of the spirit or everybody has the fruits;if your bills stack up high will you have the fruits, when the bills are more than your bank account can handle will you still have the fruits? If someone bullies you constantly, can you still love your enemy. When things arnt going your way,can you have the courage&patience to work through it?When put to the test, will you overcome&be victorious? When put into the fire, will you breakdown&be destroyed?Or will you come out the other side unscaved? The ones with the real fruits of the spirit will overcome adversity&show that they truely are men&women of Christ. While the fakers will break down&revert to sin;&wont come through the fire, but be destroyed.

Can you honestly say you have the fruits of the spirit?Or are you just a faker? We can hope all day,but when actually put to the test, will you pass or fail?

Any and all religions are fair game. Anyone who can make a joke about their own personal religion at their own religion's expense will be a LOT more likely to get the 10 points.

I'm sick of hearing people claim "Christianity is the only safe religion to slander..." So let's prove 'em wrong.

-The universe came into exsistance...somehow.
-The was already a mass or wave that created it from an unknown source.
-An unknown thing put that mass or wave in motion
-The mass or wave made trillions of stars and planets
-One planet happened to have water, like no other planet in the universe.
-One planet had the precise gravatational alignment to not destroy itself.
-One planet could support life from a source: the sun at precise temperatures
-One planet has an ozone with a special 4-layer design
-One planet eventually created lifeforms as small cells
-These cells somehow became monkies after asexually reproducing.
-The monkies began to sexually reproduce
-The monkies became humans naturally undergoing drastic physical/mental changes over millions of years.
-The new formed humans, since the beginning of cultures, had some sort of religion (except for some Australians)
-This species now has the idea that all of this occurred, instead of the simple conclustion: God did it.

He stood with his arms out to the side and wouldn't lower them until God agreed that all Irishmen be saved. And God agreed, so he lowered his arms. Well. I think that's what he did. If not, it was something equally odd.

Up to the early 20th centry, slaveholders used the same Bible to perpetuate the system of slavery. They pointed to numerous passages in both Hebrew and Christian scriptures that enjoin God's people to keep slaves, sell their daughters into slavery and in which slaves are told to obey their masters. The Southern Confederacy was a hotbed of Christian evangelical fervor, and Southern Methodists and Baptists split from their Northern counterparts over the issue of slavery.

Considering that Christians used to use the Bible to DEFEND slavery, how are the rest of the people supposed to take them seriously on issues such as gay rights?

Sabbath?????
" Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. Six days shall you labour and do all your work. But the SEVENTH-DAY IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD YOUR GOD......." Exodus 20:8-10

isn't the seventh day saturday....so why do so many christians worship on sunday??

even Jesus worshipped on Sabbath (the seventh day)

God never changed the day, so what right do we have to change it??????

Sabbath was initiated from the very beginning, as well as marriage. Genesis 2:2 If God needed to rest...and if He blessed the day...don't you think it was for our own good...God loves to communicate with us....thats what this special day was set out for. It is a sign of our loyalty to God.

My friend jus died snowmobiling and she was the best person I ever knew. I never realized that until she was gone, but as I look in my past and look at her, she was the nicest sweetest person I ever met and she was taken away from all of us. My uncle also died a few years ago and he was wonderful. He never dranka drop of alchohol, never did drugs of any kind (unless prescribed) and never broke any law... He was just an all around good person. Why are all the good people leaving this world? They were the best people I knew...
