A percentage is a bit too precise. I doubt there's any way to get information accurate enough to throw out a number like 37.8%. Or whatever. So you probably won't get anything but guesses.
Also, what do you mean by Christian? Only the devout ones? Anyone who goes to church every Christmas and Easter? Anyone who self-identifies as Christian, even if they never go to church?
My guess would be about fifteen percent, if not lower. Fornication is too fun for better numbers.

I'd say lower than 25%. I bet the abstinance is higher, but the...how do I put this on this site...percentage of people giving themselves self-gratification is probably also higher.
Personally, I am still practicing abstinance until marriage, but I do struggle with...self-gratification, even though I have gotten a lot better with dealing with it since I became a dedicated Christian.
Why did I get a thumbs-down?

Jesus said... "You have heard that it was said, 'YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY'; but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
Given that God judges the inward heart, and the biblical standard is very high, I would venture to guess that the percentage is virtually indistinguishable from 0.
Although we may try to keep the commandments externally, nobody's thought life is pure enough. We all should recognize our need for the Savior.

Honestly about 10% I'd say. But the rest I think still try. It does not compare to the 90% of sexually active others I would think.

They all should with the diseases out there and unwanted babies and the emotional stuff. But, very few recognize it and the churches don't even condem it anymore.
It is like it isn't a sin anymore. But they don't read the bible.

Researchers have found that about 92% of people in the US have sex prior to marriage. Somewhere around 85% of Americans are Christian. You can take it from there.
