My wife's family are seventh-day adventists and hold that the only sabbath day is saturday. I disagree with them because I feel yu can worship anyday you want. The followers of Christ broke bread and had sermons on sundays. What do you think?

Ministers say that they teach charity. That is natural. They live on hand-outs. All beggars teach that others should give.

Who would you follow?

A man who started wars, enslaved people, murdered people, had affairs with children and many other women, (for example he killed one of his jewish wive's entire family and married her)

OR

A man who preached ONLY peace, to love, to honor and cherish family and God. He died in martrydom, and regardless of what his believers did do in the past (both sides anyway..) who do you think set a better example, who loved God more and showed it?

Atheists your always welcome to settle a debate, i expect the usual "there is no God" quotes from you but from a moral perspective CHOOSE ONE who you would model yourself after, not that you have to...

No kidding, I would join Islam, for real, If I "found the sun in a muddy spring" like Zul qarnain did in the Quran.

The Quran is the only religious book to take the false belief of a thosand years ago (that sun setting in distance was actually setting into the earth itself) and incorporate it into its religious book.

Here it is:

Quran 18:86 “(Zul-qarnain TRAVELLED till) when he reached the setting of the sun, he FOUND IT set IN A SPRING of murky water: NEAR IT (sun in spring) he found a People” http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/018.qmt.html#018.086

All the best transaltors use the exact same key words...'FOUND it set IN'. Thats undeniable incontrovertable error. If this is not an error, then there are no errors. No literary error could be more plain that this. You cannot show me an error more complet or certain.

Zul Qarnain didnt simply "see" the sun in a muddy spring, noooo....he FOUND it. Where did he find it? Get this, he found it IN...right INNNN the muddy spring.

And if you do, why? Why not just believe what you want to believe and not feel the need to associate yourself with a specific group of persons?
If you don't, do you get most of your beliefs from certain Organized Religions, and which one(s)?

Atheists are only distancing themselves by doing this. So what's the point of this guilt tactic? It only makes us more defensive and judgmental of atheists so you're ruining your own image.

What is the Catholics' argument that Peter was the Bishop of Rome, when we have no records of such and Scripture indicates that he largely remained in the regions in and around Judea (as part of the "gospel to the circumcised" as Paul says).
