Did you ever read "1984" by George Orwell? Its about a fictional tyrannical superstate with three main slogans: War Is Peace, Freedom Is Slavery, and most important, IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH. And that is the message that Christianity forces the schools to push on students. They can't learn about evolution. They can't learn about sexually transmitted diseases. They can't learn about condoms. They can only learn that abstinence prevents pregnancy and disease, which is certainly true, but it does nothing for young people who actually do have sex. This is just another example of reality not counting, just religious fantasy counts. This is why America is locked in a downward crash dive. Its why separation of church and state was a good idea.

First of all the PARENTS must be christians (always seeking the Lord, prayerful and faithful with works, always connected), in order for these morals to be instilled, then the children will have the proper morals instilled in them from their parents; who consult with the Lord at all times, you can't just throw a Bible at the teen and expect chrisian morals to drop off on them, there are so many different religions and most preach/teach "their" religion the way they understand it, instead of according to the Bible and the Bible only,(which teaches christianity) no matter what language it's written in. So it starts at home and teens tend to do what they see their parents do and not what they say. As parents we must lead by example, not word of mouth.....and the children will follow and "train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

Because US is a free country and Sweden has like a thousand people.. Besides, while there are many religious people in America, most of them aren't very strict. Most just say they believe in God and maybe a few of them might go to Church on Sundays but thats about it for a majority of Americans. While in Sweden, while there might be less religious people, they probably take it more seriously.

Hollywood also instills morals. Britney seemed like a nice kid 10 years ago. More teens know about her then know that Jesus Loves them. It's been said a rock singer wouldn't spit on an adoring fan if they were on fire! The devils message travels so much faster..and mens hearts and deeds are dark-dangerous combination, and Hollywood execs have the morals of alley cats In Philippians Paul wrote about conduct and conversation but most churches have put the Bible down and try anything else. So you get teen prepnancy, gay 'rights',millions of abortions,,,,,,,,

Because Christianity teaches that Jesus died for their sins so all they have to do is repent. My question is if Jesus died for your sins why repent? You can just do whatever you want because he died for your sin right? What do you expect from a country with all these religions based in falsehood? As for Sweden I don't know, how many abortions do they do over there and what is the rate of teenagers taking birth control maybe that should be your next question.

No I did not read the link!!! I work with teens!!! They have sex because they are looking for a father figure, they have sex because the pill makes them think they won't get pregnant, they think that an abortion will not make them feel any pain when they abort the fetus, and they do!!! MTV has been trying to target teens for years with their sexual oriented TV. Sex is everywhere and porno is excessable on the internet for teen boys, so now we have teen boys hooked on porno now. Now of them ever thought about obstaning or waiting for marriage or being a virgin, they just did as the world does and ended up with STD'd or pregnant or worse, AIDS!

The United States is NOT a christian nation despite what our monies say and no matter how many churches we have. We walked away from God decades ago. We are, however, still living off of the blessings procured by our founding fathers, but they are wearing thin.

Today about 78% of Swedes belong to the Church of Sweden, thats based on statistics, published statistics.
The increase in immorality started when religion and prayer was removed from schools. There was FAR less of this in the 1950s.
It was not totally vanished, just FAR less.

Because USA is far from being a good representative of biblical Christianity.... look at the Amish communities and you'll find a much better representation of the teachings of Christ.

Christianity or religion should not be blamed on the matter which you are referring Remember that their is separation of the state from religion. Pregnancies and STDs depends on individual characteristic of a man, human as well
