I beleive in Jesus and God. But I dont understand what the big deal is if Jesus was married and had a child. Didnt he get put on this earth to live as man, isn't that what man dose?

Ok, here's a little proof I concocted, against the existence of God. I'd love some feedback though!

So. If God created Satan perfectly equal to all the other angels, then God must have favoured or disparaged him in some way, otherwise Satan would think in the same way as the other angels and would not have wanted to rebel. The fact that God gave Satan such high status effectively led him on to be jealous of Christ, when Christ was created as supreme because he was previously the top-dog, which induces him to rebel. Well that's Milton's account anyway.

However, if Satan was created different from the other angels, then obviously he had more of an inclination or proclivity to rebel or be jealous, which is precisely why he turned against god, despite knowledge of god's omnipotence. In both cases it is unfair because God knows exactly what will happen, and in the second case, he CREATED Satan as he is, which puts the blame on him.

Don't we ostracize the smart people in society because we hate feeling stupid? We love to make fun of Einstein. You hear more about his "poor math skills" and sock habits than anything actually meaningful. We love to watch dummies like Forest Gump...makes us feel smart. Is that what's going on in America between theists and atheists?

But that for Christians, they only worship the one god (who they would think is the most high god)?

1 Corinthians 8:5-6...
5For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
6But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

P.S. Though I must say L. Ron Hubbard has done a darn good job of finding himself a whole bunch of "*scientist*" followers in modern times!!! LOL :-)

According to the bible God sent down Jesus so he could forgive mankind. So why didn't God send down Jesus to earth before the flood? If he would of done that he wouldn't have to kill everybody on Earth execpt Noah and his family. Was Jesus busy?

I probably shouldn't have watched the stupid academy awards last night....or as I like to call it.....the February democratic convention.

How sick did it make you when Melissa Etheridge received her oscar and then proceeded to acknowledge her 'wife' in the audience?

So this is what we've become, eh?

Please let the Lord come back soon.....the devil can have this place.

I want to be able to help people spiritually and say the correct things that will help them on their way. I just wanted to know if there is a way to analyze the external bodies communicative signals to understand how someone is feeling on the inside. I am trying to understand the spirit more than the psychology and I am kind of trying to get away from reading auras, but any information is good.

You know with fanatics like this guy wandering around "preaching the Good Book", is it any wonder at all that Religon just doesn't have the foundation it used to?!

Kinda gives the word of God a bad name, and definitly some bad representation!

Triad: is three separate gods. Each is a god. Therefore, in the doctrine of the triad, the Father is a god, the Son is a god, and the Holy Spirit is a god.

Trintiy: The Father is not the same person as the Son who is not the same person as the Father, who is not the same person as the Holy Spirit. Yet, there are not three gods, but one.

Worldwide, the Anglican Communion is dominated by the very large number of Anglicans in Africa. These are outraged now at the American church, the Episcopalians, who accept out-of-the-closet gays, and even elected a gay to be a bishop. Further, the American church has elected a woman to lead it, a position which everywhere else is held only by a male.

The US Episcopal Church considers it is moving forward by making these changes, accepting women and gays. But the worldwide Anglicans say they will never accept these things. If the American church does not back down, the worldwide communion may very well kick them out.

Should the US Episcopal Church now conform to the ways of the worldwide church? Or should they continue to be accepting of gays and just leave the worldwide Anglican Communion?
