I haven't, but I want to. I know that when I do read it that I will need some sort of commentary or "Quran for Dummies" or study guide to help me understand what I'm reading.
I don't actively go around advising non-Christians to read the bible, but I think it's a good idea, if one is so inclined. Outside of the realm of faith, the bible is historically a key piece of literature and can be a way to understand why Christians say and do what they do.

I'm not a Christian anymore but yes I have read the Qu'ran. There is some nice poetry in it and I don't care what anybody says.
