Exodus

11And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?

12Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.

14And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

I read posts here from atheists who seem completely unaware of the deepest questions posed by current new paradigm science. How can talk of "God" be so ridiculous when we have the superluminal communication of entangled quanta and the propagation of holographic torsion-wave interference patterns in the quantum vacuum?

Maybe believers could stop thinking that "God" will disappear if they let go of their ancient superstitions about what "God" is. Maybe atheists could stop thinking that science must inevitably reveal a soulless mechanical universe.

In my opinion, Christians terrorize non-believers with images of being tortured for eternity. Has there ever been a case where a person has sued a christian for causing them mental anguish?

It would be an interesting case because the plaintiff could presumably have their psychiatrist testify regarding the damage done by the defendent and the defendent would e left to try to prove that hell exists.

the bible says the natural man understands not the spiritual things from god. you need to accept jesus in your life as your lord and savior he will send you the holy spirit to dwell together with your spirit and then will help you interpret the spiritual things of the bible. it is natural that someone who does not have god in their life not to understand. it takes faith to accept god and the bible says faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. the problem is that we can still reject it.

The Pharisees of Jerusalem killed Stephen who was the first of "the martyrs of Jesus".

The woman is wearing red and purple, with a cup of gold in hand. The Israelite priests wear red and purple and used cups of gold in the temple worship. Same as the Catholic Priest.

The woman also drinks the cup of wrath.
Isai 51:17 Rouse yourself! Rouse yourself! Arise, O Jerusalem, You who have drunk from the Lord's hand the cup of His anger; The chalice of reeling you have drained to the dregs.

No praying in school, no talking about Christ, no Ten Commandments on public display, "waah waah, take it down, we dont like it."

Meanwhile you are trying to tell my little sister that she came from a monkey.

Freedom of religion? Freedom of speech? So long as that speech does not involve God or the Bible...

Who is intolerant?

Recently, in Pennsylvania, a girl was giving her VALEDICTORIAN speech, and started praising Christ, and her entire senior class started to cheer, but her microphone was cutoff, and she was removed from stage.

Freedom of speech? Freedom of religion? As long as you don't talk about it openly, you are free to hide your faith from others, in the fear that you might "offend" someone.

And before you go there, it does not take someone who is religious to understand morality. Calling something that is wrong wrong is not religious bigotry, but open honesty. I am intolerant; of those who would selfishly destroy our society.

Who is intolerant?

Notice the "if" please. There is no point in saying "God is imaginary," that is your opinion which is totally irrelevant to this question.

We created computers, but we are not bound by the "laws" of bi-nary coding, nor could a computer use bi-nary coding to become a better, self concious computer and effectively explain humanity and how we created the computer.

Okay so there are a lot of questions that say "Where is god?"
90% of the answers from Christians say "Everywhere"
If this is true, why is it that when someone asks "Why can't you see god?", the Christians say that he's outside of space and time? Could you please make up your mind? Is he everywhere, or nowhere? If he's outside space and time how could he answer a prayer? Please, enlighten me.

I am considering taking a vow of silence both for myself but also for Free The Children. They are an organization that help children in Africa and elsewhere without schools, money, family, etc. I want to do this for 1 month (month of March since in March the telephone was invented: communication) But I also want to do this for myself, I have always been very open minded and self centered, which some people say is not possible for a 14 year old... I just want some insight on this because I was thinking of going to a silent buddhist retreat, but I am still in high school.

I am a Spiritualist (a novice) but I want to know what the stages you go through when you pass over into Spirit. I have seen Most Haunted on a few occasions they have encouraged troubled spirit pass through the white light via a Medium.
I know many people have different theories I want to hear them all.
