In my cartoon, Mohammed is baking jam tarts and burns his hands on the oven. There is a speech bubble which says "Ouch, that's a hot oven!"

The cartoon is very good but following the riots and killings in the aftermath of the Danish Newspaper cartoon am I going to be a target of a Muslim fatwa?

I have been on this site for only a short period, but during that time I have read countless posts preaching hate against Islam and its followers. I just want to know how it is you manage to deal with it, I myself am polytheist and follow a very different religion, since I think that it is awful that people get away with it. In my view, Muslims are human beings and we are all humans and all one race. Actually thats more than just my view, I see that as fact.

No. It is not OK.

Muslims should not influence infidel's children regarding Islam. And Christians should not influence non Christian children.

For example, do you think it is a good ideal for other kids to teach your kids that Muhammad was a false prophet?

Kids should be kids and if they want to know something, they should first ask other kids. If your kids don't know the answer, they should ask you and convey your answer.

It seems to me that the writer is referring to Christians, Jews and other non-Muslim peoples as infidels.

How can that happen that we live in the "so-called Last Days"...where there are false Christs and false prophets...and then say that the Great Tribulation has not yet begun?

Is that telling fear or denial?

allah says in the holy qur'an :

[23] Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour.

[24] And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say: "My Lord! bestow on them thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood."

and says also :
14] And We have enjoined on man (To be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him, and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command), "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal.
---------
no one can complete his faith and gain the god's satisfaction without obeying parents with honor .
by the way these aren't the only verses which order the muslims to do so .
don't you think that so great ? :)

Can I get a list the evidence for each, please?

Intelligent Designists:
Please do not use Bible/Koran/Torah/etc. verses/excerpts, or lines like "life is so complex, it MUST have been god's doing". Hearsay and leapt-to conclusions are not evidence.

Evolutionists:
Please do not use the illogical nature of the Bible/etc to disprove creationism to, in turn, prove your point. Disproving someone else’s case does NOT, in turn, PROVE yours.

At any rate I’m not interested in “proof” at the moment; just the evidence on both, excluding what I mentioned above. If you can give examples from both, that’d be great.

Again: NO PROOF NECESSARY!

EVIDENCE ONLY PLEASE

Jesus when asked how to pray, He gave us the Our Father. Where does the Hail Mary come from?

Luke 1 Mary calls herself a lowly servant. She did not accept prayer or praise.

Mary responded,

“Oh, how my soul praises the Lord.
47 How my spirit rejoices in God my Savior!
48 For he took notice of his lowly servant girl,

And she never sinned??

Romans 3:23

for ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

And should we pray to Her unless she is G-d??
We beleive Jesus is G-d and deserves prayer.
But G-d says only pray to Him....
1st commandment "You must not have any other god but me."
2nd says make no IMAGES of anything in the heavens or earth. ...why do we pray to statues and crosses?

Does the Catholic System make it impossible to keep the 1st and 2nd commandments??

And ultimately...where does it suggest or even hint to pray to Mary?

We are all trying to be better people. Non of our religions teach murder, rape, abuse, crime; we are all taught to be kind to others. Yet we are all so quick to dish out negative comments and actions towards others. Everyone bashes on one another, what does that solve?

I am really confused because I feel like a need spirituality in my life, but I don't know which religion to choose between Christianity, Buddhism, and Paganism. I currently don't really have a religion, I don't think any of them are wrong or right, but I would prefer to just pick one a stick with it, which is why I read up on a ton of religions and came up with these three as the ones I liked the most.

Question:
1. Which religion do you reccomened ?
2. Why do you reccomened it ?

About Me:
-My parents are agnostic, so they are pretty much neutral about all religions, they are AGNOSTIC not ATHEIST just to clear up any questions.
-I am a 21 year old college student

Thanks for your help :)

Yea, righteo, no man knows the day or hour, true, but when do you think he will take us home to Heaven?Do you think within 5 years, within 10 years, within 40 years what? I think within 100 years. Although in 100 years I will not even be here, I will hopefully be in Heaven, so I will not care then when Jesus will return as I will be already with him. But I still say within 100 years, very easily. What do you reckon?

My question is concerning the Jewish Passover and traditions.

Someone told be that durning the passover if a memeber of the table, had to leave. That they would take their "napkin and fold it" laying it on the table where they were sitting as a sign to those present they had to leave for a moment, but would be back shortly. Is this ture?

If so, do you know a website where I can receive more information on the subject.
