Read the first chapter of the book of Job, it's a conversation between the two of them.
Okay the first guy really made me laugh.
The Bible tells us that Satan is our accuser, so I imagine he stands before the throne (when he's not walking to and fro on the Earth) and accuses each and every one of us of evil.

It is difficult to conceive of Satan popping up to heaven for a chat, given how he is depicted elsewhere, but there it is in Job:
"Whence have you come?"
"Have you considered my servant Job?"
"Does Job fear god for naught?" etc...
How literally the book of Job should be taken has caused significant disputes before now.
