Okay so here is my question and I am hoping that someone out there can help me. I have in the past year devoted my life to the Southern Baptist Religion which is pretty cool but I am waiting for baptism and I was called about it for this Sunday. The catch is that I am now 12 weeks pregnant and I am concerned that this would not be right to be baptized while my baby is in my womb. Anyone who could give me insite into this would be appreciated.

If it was that good they wouldn't have the need to 'sell it.'

Isnt that why i am here? To live my life, to protect myself, to give my friends and family love, to provide for my family, to laugh, to cry, to work and achieve... why should i do all that AND worship God... maybe there would be less Atheists if it wasnt such a demand! "God needs to be worshipped" "You must worship Jesus, or you will be sent to hell" etc etc

Meditation is a spiritual thing, it helps you to feel good about yourself and spiritually better, there can be no evil about meditating, meditating also helps you get closer to God. If meditation is evil then why would anyone want to follow a belief where they cant meditate?

I'm working on a class report. However, the internet does not supply me with all the information that is needed. People who are lion dancers or are the drummers, are a good help because they have more experience.

Good information are why the music is loud, what specific types of instruments are used, the movement of the dummers, and ect.

Thank you.

Is the soul reserved for humans only? What is the energy behind the movement of organisms, is it the spirit or the soul? Anything that moves has some sort of soul or spirit(the mentality to move) controlling it, right? Dont animals have the same energy as us? Why wouldnt sperm cells have souls or spirits if they obviously can move?

Why is it that "Attn. Christians" always draws in the "non-believers?" It seems to me that their persistance shows some sort of interest, right? And why is it that they always get rude / mad? What is it proving? I've never, myself, clicked on anything that said, "Attn. Atheists" or "Attn. Non-Believers." I'm not trying to start a debate (even though I'm sure it will because, as you see, my question is labeled "Attn. Christians"). I'm just curious. Why can't we exclusively get Christian answers if the non-believers aren't interested in our spirituality?

Some strange bloke sat in a chair in the sky judging us? Or quite possibly that we are all God? Or something. Im confused. I see a lot of zealouts here. A lot of conflicting opinions. Which one is right exactly? And why the infatuation with something that at the end of the day might not even exist. What will all these people do then? Just supposing.
We might just die and thats the end of that. Never to exist again.
Could this be why we have a need to believe in a god and an afterlife?

and one of your friend stands up and says as hes handing out bread, "Take and eat; this is my body." and then he pours a drink for you and says "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."

would you be creeped out that you friend wants u to pretend to eat his flesh and drink his blood?
