If you were asked, particularly if you are christians, would you write to an inmate who gets no mail and has the desire to change for the better? Would you regularly write regardless of why the person is in prison?

A miracle is is something that happens that the current society is not able to replicate and/or understand yet.

So the miracles in the Bible were valid miracles cuase other than Jesus, nobody knew how to replicate natrually the things that Jesus was doing.

Like if if someone via the power of God created a black hole that everyone aroud can see, then that would be a miracle cuase currently noone, not evan scientist know how to create and control a black hole.

Agree or disagree?Explain why?

Is that why try to kill those who leave Islam or convert to another religion? For example-the afghan Christian convert-Abdul-Rahman?

Death for apostasy:
Sura 4:89 They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). So choose not friends from them till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them,”

Volume 9, Book 83, Number 17:
Narrated 'Abdullah:
Allah's Apostle said, "The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims."

A friend of mine was killed by a drunk driver. To comfort me, someone says "it was god's plan". How can this be? For god to have planned it, that means god would have had to manipulate her to be in that exact place at that exact time. To do that, events around her would have had to conspire to put here there. So, dinner would have had to be late that night, which was controlled by the mother, who was made late by traffic, so all the traffic had to be controlled, and traffic is affected by all the drivers and weather, and this would all have to be controlled since the very instant the universe started. Everything affects everything, so every single event in the universe would have to be controlled in order for my friend to die at the exact moment she did, according to "god's plan".

If this is so, then all is pre-determined and there is no free-will? But believers say we have a freedom of choice? So how can god have a plan for each of us, unless we are all just puppets?

If one were to discount "Christian" countiries that just pay lip service: how many actual Christians are there. Example: Europeans use Christianity to mark events like marriage, birth, death etc; but are not true believers. Mexican and many South American Catholics have just "over-layed" Catholicism on to ancient beliefs. The first thing into the Cathedral in Mexico is an Aztec Eagle. The Virgen of Guadelupe is not the Mary we know from Bethlehem. So how many people are actually Christians and stick to the rules of a recognized denomonation?

It seems like Christians always say the same ol Cliche, "I'll pray for you". In other words leave me alone. It doesn't seem like God really cares about anyone.

I believe in ghost because a day after my grandfather passed away, my family was all together. My grandfather passed away at his apartment so at the time it was all locked up and no one was inside it. My grandpa had this cardboard sheet with all these numbers on it including my mother's cell phone in case of emergencies. So we were all at my uncle's house and my mom's phone was ringing like crazy on the coffee table. It said 'Grandpa' was calling. It wouldn't stop and we would answer, but all we heard was stratching sounds. White Noise came into my head.
