it is said that he will appear to you under the guise of an angel of light to deceive you. now, think carefully before you answer this: are you absolutely sure that the bible is not a work of satan, containing just enough good to fool you, but also containing blasphemous ideas which are not of god? How can you know for sure?

I was fliping through the tv channels last night,and there really wasnt anything good on,but I settled on this one channel where a man was speaking to an audience(think it was like a school or university or something),and after about 30-40 second of listening to him speak I finally reealize He was talkin abot God.Jesus inparticular. Well He said this one thing that I decided to ask and see if ya'll agree with it.I forget the man's name,but remember what he said.

"If there is no god,then there is no truth.Cuase everything would be relative to a persons experience."

Do you agree with this statement or no?Explain your reasoning please?

If same-sex marriages are allowed, why should it stop there? Should a son be allowed to marry his mother? Should I be allowed to have 2 or more wives. Why not legalize incest, prostitution in all states, multiple spouses, suicide? Why should one group of people get differential treatment and not the other? Why not the right for any two or more consenting adults to do whatever they wish between each other? I feel this is the reason to not ask the first question.

I have been praying to God about a sititation with a guy I like. I know that I am to trust and wait on his time and fully believe in that if he wants it to happen he will but do I need to help him out a bit and act on it? Do I need to try and begin a connection or is that pushing it or making what I want to happen happen? Are the any reconfirming scripture that say , you should go out and as MAtthew 7:7 says " seek and ye shall find?" , I just dont want to mess up God's plan yet don't want to miss any one I might truly have feelings for. Thanks for the thoughts and help , its always nice to hear what others think.

A friend of mine had one for her twin boys but I wasn't there for it, I just saw the pictures the other day. My son is too old to have the one I was looking at, it said before 101 days after birth and as close to the full moon. I am interested in having one for our second baby when he or she decides to show up.

my friend and i were talking about religion, when the term of Adam and Eve comes up. I am a Christian and I am Catholic. so is my friend. but i tell my friend that i dont believe the story of Adam and Eve. If you appeal to faith as a way out, you make room for the "faith" as the 9/11 hijackers (meaning faith is compatible wuith any action). Just look at the highly lauded "faith" of Abraham and his willingness to sacrifice Isaac. If you make the claim "human intellect (logic, etc.) cannot comprehend God," you make a claim which undermines itself. So how does one hold these beliefs in any way that is not ultimately absurd?

To hve an to hold ,love and cherish, honour and obey, in sickness and in health, forsaking all others til death you do part!!!!

If you are or have been married did you beleive when you said these words that you had made a pact for the rest of your life
who is your witness GOD can he stand up in te divorce court for you?

Did you wrie your own set of vows tha you and your future spouse wrote together?

Do we need to get married to make a comitment ? You get a peice of paper and your last name has changed does this justify wht marriage is about?
