If you were to die, and found out there was a God. And you had to stand before him to be judged...would you be angry? What would you say to Him?

I apologize to those who have been asked this before, or believe that I'm headed for Pascal's Wager, but honestly I'm not. I was just thinking about this question the other day and I am just genuinely curious. I'm not trying to prove any point. If I died and found out otherwise....well I suppose I would feel like I've been lied to, and my heart would be broken. However, I have reasons to be confident in my faith because He has proven Himself to me and I will continue on this journey.
All the best to you.

(Disclaimer:I am not an atheist but I sorta think like one. I don't believe in an afterlife or in a god that interjects himself into the universe)
I would not be mad at all. I would tell him that I did everything that I could to understand and love the universe as he created it. I would tell him that I believed this to be my spiritual duty and that I did what I could do to fulfill it. I would thank him for having provided the universe and for providing me with life. I would apologize for the shortcomings that I have in his eyes. And if you are speaking here of the christian god, I would tell him that the bible seemed made up to me and that is why I left christianity.
PS, I would also thank him for music.

Pascal's Wager AGAIN? Look, I'm not an Atheist, but what makes you so sure your God is the only one. How do you know you've got it right? Just because the bible tells you so?
IF I somehow by a very cruel twist of fate ended up meeting the God of the bible when I died, I would ask him why he I such a sadistic SOB that would send people to hell for all eternity just because they didn't worship him. Why he killed so many people in the bible and makes people suffer on Earth when he has the power to stop it.

and what does this hypothetical question prove?
anyway, wouldn't I be filled with this love and awe and perfection or something at that point and thus be unable to speak? And since I did not convert at some point, wouldn't he cast me into hell without speaking to me? Such a loving god, who created the conditions for a host of demons to torture me for all eternity.
Here's one for you: what if you died and found out your god never existed but the Hindu gods do?

Again? Fine.
"God, I'm sorry about not believing in you. We both know how fallible man is, and man wrote the bible. There are many religions, all which claimed to be based on divine knowledge, most from a prophet who allegedly spoke directly with you. These books have gone through many alterations, and have many contradictions in them. With all this how could I be sure that you were real."

If a mythical "god" exists:
It is capable of creating theuniverse but incapable of proving it exists?
It demands sycophantic worship, practices vindictive and sadomasochistic terror and calls that "love"?
It can't answer the omnipotent/omniscient/benevolent question?
It writes a book of supposed "truth" full of contradictions and historical and scientific falsehoods yet claims to be all-knowing?
It supposedly created "satan" and is allegedly more powerful, yet it can't prevent "satan" from doing things?
It can't tolerate any view but its own propaganda being heard?
Etc. etc. etc., ad infinitum.
*If* there were a "god", it has a lot to answer for. If it's unwilling to answer my questions and punishes me for asking, then it proves me right, that "god" is nothing but a petulant child, a self-absorbed sycophant seeking psychopath.
Better to rule in hell than to serve in heaven.
But of course, there is no "god", only malicious and power hungry cults and cultists who commit atrocities under the mistaken impression that their actions are "moral".

Which god?
If it was the god of the Christian bible, I would state that I am not ashamed for not worshiping him, for any god that sends good people who just so happen to not follow the correct dogma is not a god who deserves my worship. I'd rather go to hell than sacrifice what I believe to be right.
I'm an Agnostic, btw.

No Brainer......
"I BELIEVE"
...and he hands me a set of golden feathered wings, a nifty silvery translucent halo, and keys to a smoking triple-black Porsche with a fresh Pale Ale in a frosted glass on the dash....
Life is GOOD..!!!

I would probably appologize and say that i was sorry that i was too weak to have a faith in him, but i would ask him why he didn't make it more clear that he existed and why he didn't fit in more with the beliefs of modern science. however, i don't really see this happening, but hypothetically this would be what i would say

I'd be surprised. Not angry. I'd sit him down for a few dozen questions about why he hid so well. And why he allowed evil to exist.
