According to the torah, did Moses and the Israelites crossed the Red Sea or the Sea of Reeds?

please don't tell me he knows whats best for us, or we may not pray for the right thing, if he promised it in the bible, he should deliver it. Otherwise God should just state 'I will give you what I think is the best for you' or ' your prayers will not be answered because they are not good for you'.. why promise??

Now before you guys jump behind that impenetrable wall of blatant idiotic denial, read some of the numerous belief structures of your fellows. To name but a few, I’ve read many, many examples of differing interpretations of the seven day creation story and there are even those of who understand evolution and somehow weave it into their beliefs so that they may maintain their faith. Of course, 100 + years ago, the bible was taken literally and if the “Christians” here were heard to say what they say, they would’ve been severely dealt with by their fellows.

People’s interpretations change as knowledge and technology increases. So therefore, the reign of Christianity is not infinite. Yeah, yeah?

Settle this whole Atheist/Christian debate once and for all. Of course, I'd be torn as for who to root for, the atheists because the Christians are arrogant proselytizers or the atheists because at least the Christians believe in a higher power...

By Moral Authority I mean that which defines good and evil, right and wrong.
Here are some examples, please note this is not a comprehensive list and I don't mean for you to chose from it, they are just examples of what I mean by Moral Authority:

1. God, as you define him/her/it
2. God, as a religious text defines him/her/it
3. Yourself, you decide what is right and wrong
4. Family/Friends/People you know
5. Majority Rules (voting)
6. Elected Officials (president, parliament, congress, etc)
7. Courts (like the Supreme Court)

I know some of you will be tempted to say more than one from the above, but ultimately when two of these conflict (like the Supreme Court vs. Majority Rules) you will have a tendency to lean toward one or the other, so please chose your primary "Moral Authority" source and then say WHY.
I of course have an opinion, but this is a question, not a soapbox, and best answer will be chosen on who gives the most comprehensive and best argument for their choice.
Thanks!

Do you think or know if they are participating in this war with enough fortitude from God and Country? In other words are we as forthright as we should be in giving the counseling to their souls and spiritually uplift them as much as we can. Is it still God and Country or for man and money?

Seems counter-logical that one will ask Atheists for their hobbies, but they will take the Theist for best answer.

I sure would. Every penny spent on him from Elementary school to College should be refunded to us since it obviously was misspent. If by any chance he went to private schools all his life and funded his education without federal aid, I would like to sue the united states for giving those schools a charter with such obvious subpar education.

Atheists believe that there is nothing such as eternel life. We believe that there is only one death for a man and it is eternel. We are not afraid of it. Even you are right we will get permenant death in hell. We are getting only what we think we would get.

But if we are right you had lived your whole life hoping for an eternel life you will never get.

Cowards die many times before their deaths, valiant die only once
Atheists die only once
