to make a long story short, almost 4 yrs ago I talked to God for the first time in 15 yrs and begged Him to just let me go. I took 26 pills of different types and laid down. I woke up 26 hours later. I called my doctor and had a complete check up. The drugs were still in my system. My heart was weakened a little and blood pressure dropped. after 8 more hours I was better. My doctor and 2 others both told me to my face that by all means I should have died within 2 hours of taking those pills.

I have now given my life to God and praise Him everyday for letting me live. Life still has it's ups and downs, of course, but my eyes are clearer and my mind is stable. I love my life and I love God!

To be honest it is a combination of personal belief and the evidence. I used to be agnostic. I decided one day to look for evidence that would prove or disprove the Bible. There is now more scientific evidence now for a new earth than an billion year old earth. Archeology, secular history, both back the Bible. The biggest thing that leads one to disbelieve would be evolution, but looked at closely it is farther fetched than the Bible, with less substantial evidence to me. When I looked at the universe and added that to the fact that the Bible is factually accurate it didn't leave much choice for me. If the Old Testament is accurate, if secular history proves that Jesus was real, then it is a simple step from there to believe that he was the son of God, and if he is the son of God, then God is real.

God is in the breath inside the breath, said Kabir. He showed that anyone can become illumined from within. Osho once explained a sutra from Kabir's song: "Student, tell me what is God?" he asks. He provides the answer: "He is the breath inside the breath."
God is your subjectivity; He is your innerness. Buddha made it a great technique for meditation, watching the breath, because through watching it you will come to know the breath inside the breath. 'Breath' means life. In Sanskrit it is pran or life. In Hebrew,
the word for breath means spirit. In all languages, breath is synonymous with life, spirit or soul. But breath is not the soul.
Try this experiment: sitting silently, just watch your breath from the entrance of the nose. When the breath comes in, feel the touch of the breath at the entrance of the nose - watch it there. The touch will be easier to watch, breath will be too subtle. The breath goes in, and you feel it going in: watch it. And then follow it, go with it. You will find there comes a point where it stops - near your navel, for a tiny moment, for a pal. Then it moves outwards again. Follow it - again feel the touch, the breath going out of the nose. Follow it, go with it outside - again you will come to a point, the breath stops for a very tiny moment. Then again the cycle starts.
Inhalation, gap, exhalation, gap, inhalation, gap. That gap is the most mysterious phenomenon inside you. When the breath comes in and stops and there is no movement, that is the point where one can meet God. Or when the breath goes out and stops and there is no movement. Remember, you are not to stop it; it stops on its own. Otherwise, the doer will come in and witnessing will disappear. You are not to change the breath pattern, you are to neither inhale nor exhale. It is not like pranayam of yoga, where you start manipulating the breath. You don't touch the breath at all - you allow its naturalness, its natural flow. When it goes out you follow it, when it comes in you follow it.
Soon you will become aware that there are two gaps. In those two gaps is the door. And in those two gaps you will find that breath itself is not life - maybe a food, not life itself. Because when the breathing stops you are there - you are perfectly conscious. And the breath has stopped, breathing is no more there, and you are there. And once you continue this watching of the breath - what Buddha calls Vipassana or Anapana-sati - if you go on watching it, slowly you will see the gap is increasing and becoming bigger. Finally it happens that for minutes together the gap remains. One breath goes in, and the gap... and for minutes the breath does not go out. All has stopped. The world has stopped, time has stopped, thinking has stopped. Because when the breath stops, thinking is not possible. And when the breath stops for minutes together, thinking is absolutely impossible - because the thought process needs continuous oxygen, and your thought process and your breathing are very deeply related.
Your breathing goes on changing with the moods of the mind. The vice versa is also true - when the breath changes, the moods of the mind change. And when breath stops, mind stops. In that stopping of the mind the whole world stops - because the mind is the world. And in that stopping you come to know for the first time what is the breath inside the breath: life inside life. The liberating experience makes you aware of God - and God is not a person but the experience of life itself.

The very fact that I am alive proves to me that God exists. If every house needs a builder, everything in the universe needs a maker. That maker is God. The Bible says logically: “Of course, every house is constructed by someone, but he that constructed all things is God.” (Hebrews 3:4)

I was MIS-diagnosed with a terrible disease, I sent up the "S.O.S." (actually I was sending them up at regular intervals, like every 45 seconds), they did a re- test, results came out "NEGATIVE", I double parked the car on the way back, darkened the doors of the church entrance with my presence, braced for the lighting bolt through me, and went in, I thanked him and a whole bunch of other people, he does exist, I make sure, and I promised, that I answer ANYONE'S call for help, anytime, thats our deal !

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!

Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!

Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?

My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:

Do you know how to play safe?
Your point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...

Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...

Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

There are three (afterlife) belief systems in this world.
1) we decompose, thats it no more, the void.
2) heaven/hell one shot to get back to father or burn in hell forever.
3)spiritual/reincarnation, the soul continues to incarnate hear until all lessons have been learned and choices have been made
the choice being back to father or back here.

we believe because it is easier to lose someone to a better place than to decompose. no matter what two of the choices are wrong.
