Like a broken watch, it can be right twice a day.

The real clue to this is the signs that Jesus foretold would occur. Which it seems we are well into the end of days. But the misnomer of the end of the world is not correct. Since the Bible says God did not make the world for nothing, Isiah, and also Gods kingdom will be forever, there is no need to worry of the earth ending by a way or some major event. What will happen will be dramatic and many will die, but they will die as a result of Gods selection like Sodom and Gomorrah and persons in Noah's day.

I believe that no one knows the date or the hour of the end.

So if some Indian sanyasins (I don't know what that means) said the world is going to end in twenty years, I am 100% sure that it will not.

No, i don't think of so... The Mayans in no way predicted that the worldwide could lead to 2012. Nowhere on the calendar do the Mayans point out that 2012 is the final year Earth or humanity will exist. The Mayan calendar purely ends... the which potential in the back of it is open to interpretation. Many archaeologists who've studied the classic Mayan way of life and their calendar in intensity have come to the top that 2012 probably shows a large exchange for humanity, and that they have got not got self belief the hype in the back of the apocalypse interpretation.

The human race will become extinct and it will have little effect on the Earth. It will just keep on spinning through night and day. in another 65 million years another intelligent race will have evolved. Maybe these will not have invented the God thing and will be able to live in peace. BB

People have been telling themselves "the end" is right around the corner for thousands of years. Why is it more credible now than all the scores of times it was wrong back then?
