I'm writing a paper for a scholarship about terrorism. The prompt asks me to take a stance on whether there is a solution towards worldwide terrorism or not. I don't believe there is, as differing opinions will always bring people to act against each other. I'd like to use the bible for support, since I remember that there are examples in the bible of terrorism. I just can't recall any specific instances, as I haven't studied since I've been out of religious school. It can be Old Testament, New Testament, anything. I just need a couple of examples to prove that terrorism has been around for thousands of years. Thanks.

We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Him.

I thank God everyday for the good things that I have that others don't.

Do they remain babies or do they become instant adults? If the latter, then how do people recognize them? "Hi, I'm John, your 3-day-old baby boy. Glad to meet you."

I've asked it twice and both times the question was removed. It seem Yahoo Answers doesn't mind when you ask the hard questions about Christianity but freaks out when you ask about other unnamed religions.

My question was posed for a certain religious group if they felt that a certain country was in line with the teaching of their holy book. A simple question. Both times it was removed. The second time I asked it I spaced out the letters in the spelling and it was still whacked. The question didn't seem accusatory nor did it seem like it would offend anyone. A simple question asking for simple answers.

To put two and two together the country in question recently was santionced by the UN. I'm not talking about Christians but the predominate religion of the country in question. The question was posed to them. If you can figure it out feel free to answer it here.

How does one do all that without a body/brain? And if we have this spirit-like form, does all desire go away? Hunger and appetites and psychological needs like wanting to be with others -- they all just go 'poof' and disappear?

Okay, I think that everyone was put on this planet for a devine reason that some of us kind of know, and most of us have no other idea. God's plan. But, what do you think you were made for? I was made for love.

What will bashing accomplish?

I'm a Christian, but I just want to tell most of my Muslim brothers and sisters that I hope they will go to Heaven and there we will be worshiping the same God.

Don't take my negative words seriously.

"And so God killed every single first-born child in Egypt" Is that quote for real? If so, it doesn't seem to leave much room for interpretation. Since the bible is intended as a guide for all men, including the common man, and, since every bible does not come with an interpreter, how could the average person open the bible to that page and not conclude that god murdered innocent sin free children? I'm looking for serious answers. To anyone inclined to respond with defensive sarcasm or quotes from scripture - please don't bother.
