What will bashing accomplish?
I'm a Christian, but I just want to tell most of my Muslim brothers and sisters that I hope they will go to Heaven and there we will be worshiping the same God.
Don't take my negative words seriously.

We need to get along a whole lot better. If we follow the example of Jesus, we need to be sitting down to meals and conversing a lot more often.

There are many places in the world where Christians are persecuted. Where I am from, Iran, many Christians can be imprisoned or lose their jobs just because they are Christians. The government is officially Muslim. In Sudan, Christians are regularly killed by the Muslim government (this was especially bad in the 1990s). In Egypt (I have some Egyptian friends who are Coptic Christians), Christians are not allowed to fix their churches nor build new churches and if anything bad happens they are always the first ones to be blamed. In many places in the Middle East they are not even allowed to talk about the people they love most: God and Jesus because they are blamed for proselytizing. There are parts of the Qur'an which describe Christians as "dhimmis" which means 'protected' and 'guilty.' In an Islamic state, Christians are second-class citizens. When a Christian woman marries a Muslim man she cannot raise her children to be Christian and Christian men are not allowed to marry Muslim women (I know this because I almost married a Muslim man).
That's not to say that in Christian countries Muslims and Christians don't peacefully coexist. In America, where I went to college, I had several good friends who were Muslim. But, they did not want a Sharia state for America. And in Turkey, Muslims and Christians coexist and in parts of Lebanon. But, there are still great problems in those two countries.
I think we as Christians are called to be charitable first and foremost and to love our neighbors and that includes our Muslim neighbors. That does not mean we turn a blind eye to the evil which goes on around us. Christian-Muslim dialogue is very important, but Muslims need to be honest about what their religion teaches.

yes there are those movies on the youtube and other websites i'm an egyptian muslim but if i seen any one insulting christianity infront of me i must stop him because in Islam we belive in christianity if you look at the political image in egypt you will find many insane people like a person saying that the pyramids were built by making the pharoh's cildren (girls)have sex lol. And another person saying that its wrong to build churches in egypt (?) does that make them right i think that those people should go to jail please dont be like those wierd people who says that all the muslims are terrorists because of the actions of stupid people who uses islam as their cover (ps. To every person that says that all the muslims are terrorists and/or that the rest of the muslims are affraid from those terrorists that we arnt affraid of any one and that there are also terrorist activities in the middle east too that uses islam as its cover and in my country and several arabic countries anti-terrorism and anti-extrimism propaganda and we dont have to use weapons against terrorism to become anti terrorism countries)

Actually they get along great.. here in lebanon, for example, muslims and christians have united to fight the government ...I am a muslim and i beleive there is a bond between us too great for al kaada to break... peace man.... go with god my brother : )

For the most part, yes. It's only the fundies that hate each other. Odd really, since both islamic fundies and christian fundies have so much in common. Both misinterpret their faith to justify their own hatred and intolerance.

thx man heyy all my friends are christians and some muslims and others there non belivers and i get along amazeingly with all of them so i always fail to see why people don't get along

as per the books of christians and muslims, they get along ok. as per reality, yes. so, muslims and christians are getting along ok.
