How To Be Happy




Praise be to Allaah.

Peace of mind, contentment, happiness and freedom from worries and anxiety. These things are what everyone wants, and these are the ways in which people can have a good life and find complete happiness and joy. There are religious means of achieving that, and natural and practical means, but no one can combine all of them except the believers; although other people may achieve some of them, they will miss out on others.

Here follows a summary of the means of achieving this aim for which everyone is striving. In some cases, those who achieve many of them will live a joyful life and a good life; in other cases, those who fail to achieve all of them will live a life of misery and hardship. And there are others which are in between, according to what the means he is able to attain. These means include the following:

I mean God has given us life, a world that has variety in food and things.. I cant understand why people as the above question and not know why or who is to blame. It is not God. Can anyone ask better questions or should i put up a blog ??????

In I Kings 8:27, we read that

But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?

The Hebrew and the transliteration for the verse above would be

kiy ha’umnaam yeesheeb ‘Elohiym `al-haa’aarets hineeh hashaamayim uushmeey hashaamayim lo’ ykalkluukaa ‘ap kiy-habayit hazeh ‘asher baaniytiy.

Regarding this verse, Henry’s Concise Commentary has the following to say:

In this excellent prayer, Solomon does as we should do in every prayer; he gives glory to God. Fresh experiences of the truth of God’s promises call for larger praises. He sues for grace and favour from God. The experiences we have of God’s performing his promises, should encourage us to depend upon them, and to plead them with him; and those who expect further mercies, must be thankful for former mercies. God’s promises must be the guide of our desires, and the ground of our hopes and expectations in prayer. (Henry’s Concise Commentary, under Citation: FIRST KINGS 8, ver 22-53)

It is clear that Solomon was conscious of the fact that however splendid his Temple was, it could not possibly reflect the glory of God or contain his eternal Being, as reflected in the above prayer in the form of a rhetorical question. Nevertheless, in acknowledging God’s omnipresence, Solomon expressed his desire that God should be honoured at this place and that every Israelite, no matter where he might be, should face toward the Temple when he prayed.

The prayer above raises several serious questions for the Christians:

Could we safely claim that the past Prophets in the Bible were ever consciously aware of the Trinity or of the divinity of Jesus? If yes, why they (especially Solomon) display such ignorance of this fundamental Christian theology? If no, are they not saved from their sins due to the sacrifice of Jesus?
Could Jesus ever possibly be the God-incarnate or God in flesh, since the verse above clearly refutes such a notion? If yes, does this mean that the verse above is in error?
If assuming that Jesus is indeed the God-incarnate who came down to earth, does this mean that God had actually lied to Solomon when he (Solomon) was taught that “…the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain” Him?

Pederast priests are pederasts surely, thankfully they are relatively few in number although they seem to cluster around certain occupations like the priesthood and wherever there is access to children, the priesthood gives priests greater access to boys and young men usually.

In the Irish Magdalen homes for young underage & unmarried mothers because priests had access to young women it was they who were the victims of priestly abuse.

It makes no sense to blame either heterosexuality or homosexuality for this crime and doing so achieves little towards addressing the problem of pederastic abuse.

John was taken into a vision, and the above is wat he saw. In his vision it was the time of the 6th king, the 7th was to be king for a short while, after him the 8th will come It also say that the 8th king will be the same as the one that is (6th). If you follow Bible prophecies you will know that those kings are the popes, that ruled after the beast recovered from his wound, about 1923, I think. Does this mean that the 7th is here right now, pope benedict, and he will stay only a short while, and then the antichrist will come? The Bible says that he, the 8th, will go into perdition.
Anybody here also see this? Does anybody have something to ad?

Why do people online continue to discredit the integrity and reality of Christianity by claiming the crusades and other abominable act done in the name of God were Christian, they even claim Hitler was Christian and thus they use these acts and people to claim Christianity is false when the Bible clearly gives a sign of a true follower of Christ

Churches believe there is a god, but worse than that, they think they know what god is thinking and wants.

I dont understand the logic behind it? There was a guy at my school yesterday holding a big sign that said "FEAR GOD" You are there to spread the word of god and find people who are searching for god. what im saying is who do you think is want to learn about a god who is so fearful that his people have to hold big signs warning everyone about it.
