It's not really a spell or potion, but this works most of the time.
Wear all black and have your headphones/earphones on full blast, making sure that some of your favorite music leaks out just abit to indicate that you just want people to 'GET out of your face'.

The best spell to keep someone away from you is:
Find a neutral place where you and that person can talk. Look the person right in the eye....jump up and down on one leg while patting your head with your right hand and say..
"I DON'T LIKE YOU, PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE"
Keep repeating this until the person is gone. Should work...The jumping up and down one leg and patting you head is just for the amusement of those around you!

well there is a banishment spell that i know, i can have it posted on here by morning (I lost the spell along time ago and i have to find it)
