Pederast priests are pederasts surely, thankfully they are relatively few in number although they seem to cluster around certain occupations like the priesthood and wherever there is access to children, the priesthood gives priests greater access to boys and young men usually.

In the Irish Magdalen homes for young underage & unmarried mothers because priests had access to young women it was they who were the victims of priestly abuse.

It makes no sense to blame either heterosexuality or homosexuality for this crime and doing so achieves little towards addressing the problem of pederastic abuse.

Some people are always looking for excuses to justify their hate for homosexuals and their fight against rights for homosexuals. They can't come up with sensible reasons for why homosexuality is so horrible, so they desperately try to make something up to try to give people a bad picture of homosexuality.

I agree with you that it makes no sense to blame one's sexuality for child abuse when it's a known fact that both heterosexuals and homosexuals abuse children. People should focus on doing something about the pedophilia problem instead of using it as an excuse to discriminate and persecute homosexuals.
