Separation of Church and State? Keep religion out of schools? Evolution is a tenet of a particular religion -yet taught in schools under the guise of science- name the religion.

I am readin a study on the dead sea scrolls, by two amercans. Not gotten far yet, but it seems there is a lot more behind the famous dead sea scrolls than the world knows... if it shows that things in the bible arent true, what is the result for those following the bible as the one true source ????

the Christains I spoke to told me that because he took his own life, he would burn for eternity in punishment for throwing away god's gift.
But I don't understand why a loving god would make life so horrible for any of his creatures in the first place.
PS before you answer note that both he and I are devout pagan, and that I loved him like a brother. I just want to know why a "good Christian" would tell me such things by way of comfort.

so I had a dream that my dog what leaking milk from her teets and the vet told us a month ago that she was half way thru her pregnancy. she is not showing, but has been acting a little different but we also just moved a week and a half ago. am i just nervouse that she might be having pups or is she going to have pups. remember I had the dream she was and the vet told us she was, but she does not look pregnant.

So would that mean that if there is life on other planets, they are probbaly a progressed and highly advanced "garden of eden" with giant life forms such as giant humans and lizards that we'd call dinosaurs or dragons? The animals that live here and die, they all get resurrected and given eternal life when christ returns?

If so, what about Pharaoh? When God was telling Moses what to do and say when he reached the palace, God told Moses that, "I will harden his heart," in order that Pharaoh would keep the chosen people as slaves.
Was this just so God could work up some horrific miracles and send several plagues to the land?

When it is in fact a bunch of words thrown together by the Clergy of Rome to promote Cristianity as a religion.

There are far too many contradictions, even in the Gospels they chose to put in the Bible to make it appeal to the masses.

Where in the Ten Commandments does it mention "though shalt not be Homosexual"

Is being under Satan’s control a good thing or a bad thing?

How would I know if I were under Satan’s control?

What sort of empirical test could be run to confirm or deny this?

For example, I can't see Jesus standing next to the Pope as he tries on another bejewelled hat ("maybe give the money to the poor" he might say), or behind Bush when advocating fighting for 'peace', or on the side of capatilisim, or anything (e.g. cars/indusry) that causes environmental degredation of the planet. I see his name pretty much used to support a world that he fought so I suspect he would be toast if he came down again? Waddya reckon?

im a christian but im beginning to doubt the religeon and needed your advice. i just had a few questions that i need answered. they are:

1. how can you burn in hell if your soul does not have a physical body and nerve endings?

2. what if evolution is real? in a sense that god created the basic materials in order for evolution to happen

3. what about the people who had near death experiences and were clinicaly dead for 5-10 minutes and all reported different?

im just very confused and im beginning to doubt the whole idea itself. if you think about it, god seems very cruel. why would he burn you for all eternity just for choosing something that makes you happy, and why does he expect us to beleive his son died on the cross for our sins if alot of evidence proves something else
