That He can't come to you--if you don't come to Him--just as you are. He knew you before you were in your mother's womb--he created each and every one of us with a purpose and a plan. He loves you and He is waiting for you with open arms--to love you with a fatherly love that you won't find anywhere else. I'm going to pray for you that God will put someone in your path to be a quiet witness to you--that you will see through that person that God does exist and he loves you very much.

Well, without using the Bible? I would say look at everything good in your life. Children, family, friends, food, fun, feelings....we don't need these things to exist, yet we have them. We could be like cows. Eat grass, walk on 4 legs, poo where ever we're standing, run when everybody else runs, etc.. But we have a little more brains and heart than that, and a conscience and the ability to decide what we want to do. I think of these things as gifts. Now look at everything bad. People dying, sickness, wars, famine, etc... if you believe in god and the bible, it explains why all these things exist today. If not, then you have little hope of a eutopean world appearing anytime soon. Many people see the bad and blame god, or think that his "innaction" is irreprehensible or impossible and therefore he doesn't exist or if so, he can't be all powerful. Well, if god did interfere, what would it prove? That he's all powerful God? Then what? Do you think if God just took over ruling us that everyone would follow what he says? In the biblical times they didn't follow what he told them to do and they had the miracles to see and believe. If it didn't work then, then why would it work now? I don't want to quote the bible, because I know that you won't want to hear it, but it does explain everything. Basically the first humans didn't want to listen to God and wanted to make their own decisions on what was good, or bad. So God is just allowing time to pass to prove that humans aren't doing that great of a job ruling themselves and he will fix it when he sees fit. I see it as God's original purpose for man hasn't changed. Someday he will restore the earth to what it was like before. I don't know. I do know if you have your mind already set in stone that it can be impossible to change. But I do believe that there has to be a higher power and a higher authority that everyone has to answer to. Both the good and the bad.

Why not believe it? are you afraid people will say you're crazy? What are you afraid of? It IS a nice idea and it's a wonderful experience to truly know the Savior's love. There's nothing like it. To feel His presence is so awesome, you'll never be the same. I don't know if I COULD make you change your mind because believing would mean thinking outside of yourself and allowing your mind to believe that there's someone out there greater than you and in control of everything. Some people can't put "self" on the back burner. I know this world looks bad and there are so many questions that make you wonder about His existence, but I know within every fiber of my being that He's real and I know He has a reason for all things.

If there is LOVE and TRUTH in your life anyplace at all then that is God. You cannot seperate Him from either. Even if it is just a little at the moment go towards them. The Love will nurture you back into the Truth and God. You need Him to even believe in Him. It takes a step on Faith and faith is something that is foreign to an unbeliever. You have been given a measure of faith and that is enough to make the choice to let Truth and Love run your show. If you have enough faith to believe that you are working today but you will not get paid until Friday and you believe you will, then that is more then enough. You really don't even know if the business will still be there by next Friday.

Peace. the Rev.

"Jesus Loves You" seems to anger people who do not believe yet. It is a cliche phrase which gains few into the fold. However, IT MAY be JUST THE RIGHT time to say it so that the seed planted to remind that very person may grow to a new understanding. If it is in your heart to say it, ~NOT just as a defense,~ but because YOU want the other person to feel better then say it.

SO I WILL. Jesus LOVES YOU~

I think there are :
1)Christian wannabees that antagonize just because they "do not get it" but wish they did.
2)There are Christians that are Christians because mom and dad are,
3) then there are Christians who have LIFE altering events that CONVINCE us that Mom and DAD were RIGHT.
This 3rd stage is when you are grateful your faith has seen you thru yet again and you actually KNOW and FEEL the blessings from Jesus being sacrificed for us. At this point it is HARD to NOT do right by others. Hard to keep quiet about GODS LOVE.
But EACH person has their own defining moment of "I get it".

It is hard to convince others of Christ and God if they are to miserable to believe in something greater than themselves. When ourselves feel miserable,,,,,OURSELVES are NOT able to handle everything because we learn that NO OTHER human cares ENOUGH to really help us thru hard times. They have their OWN hard times.
All help I have EVER RECIEVED has had one thing in common... FAITH in GOD and willingness to HELP others.
Let your curiosity be YOUR own PERSONAL guide to find the comfort known to Christians.

Think about, friend, can the complexity of life truely be all a mere accident, it makes no sense, morality can not come from an accident either, the only thing that makes sense is that there has to be something that created life; scientific statement, "something can not come from nothing," so where does everything come from if it came from nothing? answer: GOD!! If a creation exist then, logically, there must be a creator; if you see a painting do you say "there is no such thing as a painter," or a building exists, "there was no builder or architect," of course not such a statement is foolish; so how much more would there be a creator for creation?
If you truely seek the answers you will find that God is real, God created you, God loves you, and God came down in the form of His Son, Jesus Christ, and He died for your sins. Please, I implore you, do not stay from God a second longer, all life is screaming "God is real!!" and "He loves you!!" Repent now and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior before it is to late!!

Dear Brother/Sister. Please have some faith in yourself as no less than a being gifted with eternal life. You remember the phrase from "field of dreams" - "if you build it they will come". If you build a throne for God within your own temple He (your god) will find his/her way in and reward you with the life you made for you. This life entails all the things that you will ever be (including past lives your sould has lived if you believe in that). Limited only by your own imagination which may even be divinely inspired.

The fact is that the word "God" - ontologically speaking means - "that which is greater than anything that can be conceived" (plus any other words that you believe are adjectives describing perfect holy goodness. The fact that omnipotence is a definition of the Word God means that the word God is not bound by space and time and thus in itself is everywhere and everything.

Maybe the person of God is to be taken into account. The jesuits believe that Jesus himself is God the father in an infinity of age. Alternatively you may believe that God is Adonai - a collection of God like beings that rule in a kind of forum as one deity - e.g. their minds move in the same pure and holy (i.e. perfect) pattern that is both varied and exciting as well as individual and holy.

If you believe in the oomnipotence of the Words of God then your mind will start to expand to embrace these concepts such as simultaneous time - (in which the expance of time could be defined as a single holy moment or utterance of the entire word of God at the beginning of the universe that contained all things predestined within it - a framework if you will. If you can believe in an infinite intelligence (hey, you're pretty clever - you might become more so).

Maybe one day all of our spirits will expand (maybe even before death) to fill the entire universe of space and time. Believers say that with God (themselves + infinity of life now back with themselves) anything is possible.

Nicer thing to believe in God than not. A great help - full stop. A faith is a great thing to hold on to as it applies to oneself as well as the being relevant to all of us separately and together that looks over and sustains us.

There is a God,

You’re asking about the Answer that the God want us to prove to ourselves and to believe in,

God created everything and wanted the Humans to look around and think if there is someone behind that intelligence of all that creations.

I have had many experiences with friends discussing that and I asked them to one fair thing regarding of all the religions:
If there is a GOD, and he created all this World with all the creatures, then of course he could see us, He could help us, and if we really want to know him, HE WILL HELP US, HE WILL LEAD US, but just if we really really want to know,.

So just try that , Go to your Own place , Look to Up , and Talk to him , Ask him Twice a Day that you want anything to Prove that there is a God.

If you did that from the bottom of your heart, Believe me you will know, and you’ll be surprised how much peace and happiness you will feel , but The God always want to see that you are serious , that you really want to know him.

It’s easy but just the Serious people will do that and it’s really Works.

The Muslims Quraan Tells that the The God Says “When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way”

Well I would say that you are curious enough to post this question asking to be proven wrong. My best advice is go outside and look at your surroundings. And really look, the beauty, the precision that things happen in nature. No religion can TELL you that there is a God that is something you will have to find for yourself.

NOTHING is too good to be true.

What makes any good story so wonderful? Doesn't any good story have a great adventure and dismal hopes that are somehow realized as good triumphs over evil against all hope. The husband rescues his bride from the evil one!
These stories are told by men and seen at the movies day after day after day, because this story is deep within us.
This is the story of our lives.
