I agree with you, if there is a true loving, and almight god, then why allow all the suffering? I wish just one person can answer that. As a loving and devoted husband and dad, I would never ever allow pain and suffering for my family, so why does god?
Good question.

God has two choices:
(1) Respect the free will of human beings and not interfere with their decisions, right or wrong.
(2) Redefine human beings as mere animals without free will, which operate solely on instinct. (In this case, they would still kill one another of course, but it wouldn't constitute murder.)
Which do you prefer?
Free will would be utterly meaningless if God had said, "I give you the power and freedom to choose between good and evil, but whenever you choose evil I'll jump in and make sure nobody gets hurt". Or, "whenever you choose to do evil, I will prevent you from doing it". What would be the point? Where would be the freedom? Why choose good if evil can do no harm? In fact, why call anything "evil" if nothing we do can cause harm?

That's true, abortion does contribute to the murder of children. God has a purpose for everything he does. For example, him taking a beloved child away from a family who is already sufferering many hardships is probably because he loves that family a lot. Have you realized that many families who go through hardships are the ones who are loyal to God the most? God gives many hardships and disciplines those he loves the most. He rebukes those he love, just like when you discipline your children, it's becasue you love them. Therefore, he is giving this hypothetical family many hardships plus this one because he loves them. He might also be allowing a child to die because he has a plan for the family; for them to be a believer or a stronger believer, perhaps? Satan gives many people, including children, disease. If God takes the child away after he or she has been ill for a long period of tiem, it saves the chld from further suffering, and any caring family would be happy for the child. Remember that all children go to Heaven when they die. Maybe a child in Africa or India would not be able to enter Heaven any other way. God is doing them a favor by taking them away from the pain and suffereing of this world.
God bless/

If god exists he does not get involved in our actions. Although I understand your question you should be careful since it is a very arrogant question. God is not responsible for our wrong doings. It is our fault. Humanities fault, we can't use god as a scapegoat we have to make an effort to change ourselves for the better. If we keep waiting for god to come down and wave a magical wand and make things better, we are doomed to an endless cycle of negativity. You ever heard of the phrase that says "be the change that you wish to see in the world"

God came and suffered so those children will not be dead forever.God has suffered on the cross so that he can share in our tragedies and weaknesses. He allows men to make choices even if they result in death. Those children have a place where they can be alive forever. Thank Him!!!!

God allows you free choice. He allows everyone free choice. To stop these acts would take away that choice. Would you like to be a puppet on a string?? It's one or the other, you can't have it both ways. You can't have your freedom while others are on a string. Humans have evil tendencies, and humans have the obligation to do what we can to stop those tendencies. These atrocities are results of human choices, not God's. God weeps at our bad choices, but He allows us to maintain our freedom.

Because God has given mad free agency and if he were to step in and prevent murder he would be taking away someone's agency. If we had no agency we would not progress/learn (Adam and Eve would be stuck in the Garden of Eden; man would not be).

The people that take of these children are to blame,I think God allows these things to happen so that people who are capable of making it better for these kids make it happen. but everyone is soo mediocre today a lot of things slip through, Like the civil war in Rawanda, i appreciated President Clinton but that was one thing he could have acted upon and changed and he didn't . I mean he could have sent Bloods and Crips to take care of those "rebels"....tragedies happen bc men/women fail to take care of business.

It's not God doing it, it's the murderer. Life is just a fleeting phase anyway. Is death not a reward to a good person who suffers from constantly telling the truth and being honest (thus poor and hated by most)?
If a good life awaits someone after death then why is it such a tragedy if he dies and moves on to eternal bliss?

Who said it was God's fault? Where was God when massive genocides were committed around the world in "His" name?
