Not that you care really, but ninjas are Japanese, while Buddha was Nepalese. Moreover, basset hounds hadn't been bred yet when Buddha lived. Bassets are of French origin, and Europe had yet to be established as a civilization when Buddha was alive.

It couldn't have been a basset hound...maybe it was a pit bull ! His true path of enlightenment came when he reached "the zone"...in his mind.
