Doesn't Wicca have "witches", and promotes people who perform "magic"?

Is there a distinction between the two in Wicca?

And if so "why"? and "how"? I am very upset about that because those so called "Christians" are not giving you a clear picture of what it means to be a Christian. I think the worst is the people who tell gays and lesbians that God doesn't love them. That is a total lie. God loves anyone and he wants everyone to come to him. He wants to forgive you and give you a new life.

Also can you tell me what it is that these so called " Christians" have told you? I want to know what it is that they are spewing that is turning people off.

christmas, halloween, and easter. I don't celebrate them because of christianity, but for reasons of family. However, all of these holidays were stolen by the christians, so how can I be scrutinized when the true meanings of the holidays have nothing to do with christ?

With my old film camera and now more frequently with my digital camera, if I take a photo inside my house, regardless of if I use flash or not on my camera, these white circles randomly appear in the photos, in different places, different sizes, sometimes almost transparent and others very visible. Sometimes only one or two appear, sometimes they're are so many that you can't even see all of them. My sister tells me these are spiritual energy orbs, but she doesn't know much about them. If anyone can tell me anything about these, please do. Thanks!

I believe there's a God, the name is not important, it could be GOD, or BUDDAH, or ALLAH or whatever but i have problems with recognizing the church as being important in my "relashionship" with God. For me the church is nice to look at or visit, but nothing more. I don't even want to start talking about the priests... for me they don't exist. So am I atheist? Is something wrong with me for not recognizing the church or the priests? I wonder if there are other people that share my oppinion in the world... cuz i have collegues that have the same so called "belief"...

This is a two-parter... two very simple questions to which I have yet to hear a good answer... (I'm agnostic)

1 - if Jesus performed so many miracles, then why isn't there a single shred of historical evidence of his life? (and don't answer 'the bible'... see next point)... as far as I'm aware there is absolutely no historical proof of his existence at all, and there ought to be, don't you think, if he was such a powerful figure?

2 - how can you believe the Bible when the gospels were edited about a thousand times and the first ones were written decades after his 'death'? The average lifespan at the time was about 30 years... (the first gospels were written in AD 70).

And a bonus question... the first ever references to Jesus being a physical person and being born to Mary are from Ignatius (a very dodgy character) at about 100-110 AD. 80 years after he 'died'. Explain?

It is ok to 'believe' in Jesus. But for goodness sake don't relate to it as truth or fact.

As I was growing up I was always told not to talk to Jehovah's witnesses like they were bad or something.

some people believe in heaven and hell but others believe in no memory and being reborn. The heaven/hell believers is what i want to hear about, do you believe your soul is pulled out to heaven or hell or that your own heaven and hell is stored in your sub-conscience and you go to wich ever you would rather be in. or are you just one of those people that believe you go through your life over and over in your head never knowing when you have really died, or you are reborn inside a plant or animal?

If Christmas is suppose to be about Jesus Christ's birth... let's be honest... don't the majority of people follow it for selfish reasons... recieving gifts, etc... not to mention the big business the yearly holiday brings to companies? Why do so many follow the holiday when they're not even religious people to begin with?
