muslims say they are a peaceful and loving non voilent religion but all i see is the dark side of both religions anyways, so is muslims a good as christianity or worse you can deside this one for me since in the quran it says that all non muslims should be killed and christians say they have to convert the world but it seems to me to be the same thing killing in the name of there gods in the end

Why do you suppose there is no credible evidence of a spiritual life after complete biological death of a human(or as complete biological death as a body can get).

Do you think the Government is withholding information, or scientist are closed minded. Or am I wrong, is there any credible evidence of a spiritual life after complete biological death

I mean it is the job, but its not. It mainly me....I just hate coming to work, i dont care if i worked 11 to 5. I still would hate it. What do i do. I have always had a job, and never fired. I never gave a two weeks notice either. I just called in sick one day, then turned to two days and so on. Then I just stop coming. But never fired. Always a good worker for like the first 4 mos. Then it gets boring. I just walked in this morning about 35 min ago. I came in early, so I could live early. But I think I may get some breakfast. I would prefer 4 day work weeks, and 3 day weekends.

Many people believe in the after life, but such a people can very easily be dismissed as acting mainly out of faith and that there is no proof no matter how much faith they have in the idea of the after life. It is nothing more than self deception. What do you know about the after life? Not what just what you you hope for.

well why do people reject the bible-and believe-whatever-even a fake religion that says Moses is a lier and we dont need a blood atonement to forgive our sins?

Jesus was killed because he wasn't afraid to tell to the High Priest and to the Scribes that they were bad people and did not follow God's commands. Pope Benedict XVl is trying to do the same .
Let us dont be hypocrite here . Who of you does not know that in the Quran, there are various "suras " or passages call upon Muslims to "make war to the unbelievers" or "fight and slay the non-muslims wherever you find them ". The fact is all muslims would fight and die in the name of Islam . While Christians wouldn't do the same in the name of Christianity. By the way almost all Muslims deep inside their hearts enjoy it when terrorists succeed . They were after 9/11 and they will be if more could occur . there is no country in the world without muslims community but there is more than five countries in the world where the population is 100% muslim . What is that means . The fact is Mohammed did spread Islam by sword. But why is it outrageous if leaders mention it in their speech ?

a violation? ...I received a violation this morning for "chatting and personal communication". Let me explain...Yesterday, just having fun and clean fun at that, I posed a few questions that were actually lyrics from songs. For example, do you like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain"? and Do you feel like I do..awwww that's true? Clearly references to Peter Frampton and Rupert Holmes. The responses were great, funny, and a really good laugh. I then responded to the 'answers' with(*edit) more lyrics from those songs as well as other songs. As a result, I received a violation for 'chatting and personal communication'. What's up with that? People were really having fun, not condemning others(for a change), no profanity and this is what I get? We all know there's obnoxious and profane language all over this site and more importantly these obnoxious questions and statements " STAY " on the question board. I just don't "get it". Also, if you know, what penalties go with a violation?

Many Muslim scholars claim that the reason behind the too many marriages of prophet Muhammed was for political reasons. I realize that 7 of his wives were under 18 when he married them (he was over 60).

There is also a prophetical statement told by prophet Muhammed that says: "I can refrain from eating or drinking, but I can never refrain from having sex".

There is also another prophetical statement that he used to have sex with ALL his wives one after another (9 wives) everyday.

Giving those two prophetical statement (along with other statements), is there any doubt that his marriages might have been for the purpose of sex not for politics?

A lady in my Sunday School class used to work at a fundamentalist Christian school, and she said that they believe that Jesus lived a lot less than 2000 years ago because our methods of dating are all wrong. I've heard of people believing that the Earth is only 6000 years old, and I guess I can sort of understand how somebody might think that, but this one is just too ridiculous. I think that she might just have misunderstood them. Have you ever heard of this?

Assuming it is meant to be taken literally, why does it not agree with written history by creating its own?

In Luke 2, it describes Cyrenius being governor of Syria at the time of Jesus' birth. Even with accounting for the miscalculation of what year he was born, there was no governor by that name during that period.

Also, when Herod was threatened by Jesus' birth, he killed off every single baby boy under age 2. Secular history should have a record of that since it would have been a major event, but yet it wasn't. Yet centuries later, there would be a Christmas song written mentioning this same king wanting to worship him?

When Jesus died, one of the events that occured in the Bible was zombies walking the streets. Why is there no written record of that? Surely that is not an everyday occurance and someone would thought it strange and recorded it for posterity.

Pontius Pilate did not have the authority to allow the Jews to make any decision regarding Jesus' fate.
