There lies a mountain before you
Do not fear the climb
Stretch your arms toward heaven
You will encounter peace of mind.
The task before you is daunting
The challenge you must face.
You will have strength for all needs
You will be supplied that grace.
Never mind the distance
Do not heed the height
You will reach the summit
Before day turns into night.
This journey is important
You must go it alone
But we are all here cheering
And we will welcome you home

Atheism resides at the top of that mountain. Ive climbed it and that is what I found. Hope that doesn't disappoint you.

I see that one person found atheism at the top. Interestingly I climbed that same mountain and found Jesus on the cross at the top, laying down His life for my sins. He/she must have been looking the wrong direction?

Cool poem! Very encouraging.

It's interesting and thought provoking, but you seem unsure of your rhyming pattern. It comes and it goes. I've found it's always best to pick to rhyme or not but not mix and match. Good though!

It's beautiful.

Ignore "trustauto", he obviously doesn't understand atheism any better than christianity, or he'd know that with atheism, there is no "top of that mountain", there's nothing.

Its pendantic and inane. It has neither rhythym, nor structure. It's rhyming scheme is plodding and unsophisticated.
