it has come to my attention that some christians on here are so hateful and bigoted that they think they are doing us all a favor but are they doing us a favor by insulting and condeming us to a place that doesnt exist to begin with? i say its time to stand up and tell these christians how we as non christians feel about what they say whos with me?

I'm with you . all religion sucks . only if heaven and hell were true cause all those religious bastards would be on their way to hell . religion is the bane of all society . religious leaders should be dragged into the streets and shot . long live science !

I agree this site does have the largest number of mindless bigots, but there are some who believe in a loving god and tolerance and even have an open mind, who I respect.

I have already pointed out to many bigoted individuals how I feel about what they are selling.

There are a bunch of hipocritical christians out there. there shouldnt be but there are. I am a strong christian and I believe that the only thing they are trying to do is spread the wonderful word of Jesus Christ and they just don't know any other way to get thru to people.

with you..in my opinion it takes such a weak mind to abandon all logic and put ones belief in such a far fetched idea as Christianity, so really how can we expect them to grasp the concept of live and let live, maybe they think they will get brownie points to help them avoid that imaginary place they have us condemned to if only they can recruit! recruit! recruit!

We have, many times. It dosent work. They believe what they believe and no debates on YA! are going to change their minds. Evrything in the wolrd can be explained by Christians in one phrase. "Because he is God. He can do anything" You cant argue with that mentality.

You can count me in. Ive been having the same problem with them. Then if you retaliate you get insulted. They think they can say whatever they like and we just have to tolerate it.

I feel the same way, although one of the things that really piss me off is the fact that they feel they can condemn us as if they live the perfect lives. i went to a christian school for a while and that was what made me stop believing

i say let those who are not true christians ... the ones who judge
speak as much as they want without retaliation
then people can make their own minds up about such people without forming judgement on others due to their retaliation

They can believe whatever they want. As long as they're not infringing on my right to follow MY beliefs, their words are just that - words. Getting worked up over them, or feeling that you have to defend or validate your beliefs to them is IMHO a waste of time and energy. Just my $0.02.
