I met a strange woman today. She was from my hometown, over 1,000 miles from my present location. Never seen her before in my natural life though. I never formally gave her my name. However, she strangely knew my name and my nickname. I brushed it off in conversation as if I did not hear, but it freaked me out. She told me things about myself that only my mom or I would know, nothing bad, just things no one else knows. She was just an ordinary looking lady. How would an encounter like this make you feel? Have you ever had this happen too?

iam asking if you really feel that the world was created in 4004 bc?
king james says it was.
i heard that the egyptians book of the dead had things in it from psalms ot.
so if genesis was written 4004 bc and book of dead was around 3,500 bc. it wasnt we who took stuff from the egyptians book of the dead and out it into our kjv, psalms, but rather the egyptians who used parts of our scriptures for thier buriel rituals /book of the dead!! so what do u think?
and do you really belive that earth was only created about 6,00 plus yrs ago?
jesus has been gone just over 2,000 yrs.?
so how old is earth. scientists say billions of yrs old!!!
maybe this is the 2nd time earth was created.. a recreation?
genesis is a recreation story?
yea i know about faith and all, but some things donot add up!!!!
any pastors on here!!!! kjv readers!!! help. sos . its all crazy!!
and why does psalms 22 sound like when jesus said: my god, my god, why hath thou forsaken me!!! ?????????

I was aware of his beliefs before we got married, but they never bothered me. I was raised to believe that everyone has the right to believe in what they want.
Tonight I asked my husband a question about what he plans to tell our children when they ask him why he doesn't go to church with us. He told me that he plans to tell them exactly what he is, then became very defensive with me, telling me that he doesn't judge me and I shouldn't judge him. I wasn't judging him, I was asking what he would tell them!
I give him his space to read his books and such, and he gives me my space to go to church and all. Never has this caused problems with us before. Now all of a sudden its like I'm the bad guy and I'm hurting him. How can I make him understand that our religions differ and that we don't have to agree on all aspects of it? I'm also concerned about what our children will think.

Because without the two, we wouldn't be here. Would we? Life is short but sweet, but we still love it and try to make it and survive?

Technically, if it wasn't for Lucifer, we wouldn't have the desire to be closer to God and tell him the stories of our lives, would we?
So if the saying, If you love somone and let them go to see if they return is true, Lucifer allowed this to be the case.

I'm not into Satanism or anything but trying to ask an honest question.

Earth, Wind, Fire, and Air

We may look bad but we don't care

We ride the wind

We feel the fire

To love the Earth is our one desire

To love the Earth is only fair

It's one big Earth that we must share

Property prices are also a consideration, as there may be a good area, but if the prices to live there are unrealistic then it would be hard to relocate there.

are you as amused as i am everytime a believer tells you you are going to hell? i find it so funny. they act like none of us have ever heard this before and that we will suddenly believe because they told us about hell.

i don't think they comprehend the concept of non-belief

Why is Zoroastrian dualism important in the development of Judeo-Christian thought?

Why could Mohammed not tolerate the worship of idols?

What would a Muslim likely say if a non-Muslim tried to belittle him because he worships Mohammed?

25Strange things will happen to the sun, moon, and stars. The nations on earth will be afraid of the roaring sea and tides, and they won't know what to do.

26People will be so frightened that they will faint because of what is happening to the world. Every power in the sky will be shaken. [b] 27Then the Son of Man will be seen, coming in a cloud with great power and glory.
28When all of this starts happening, stand up straight and be brave. You will soon be set free.

Luke 21

Many Christians say that they should follow the Ten Commandments and biblical laws such as those that prohibit homosexuality, yet biblical laws that prohibit the eating of bacon go ignored. According to Paul, Jesus freed the gentiles from the Law. If this is so, does this only apply to certain laws? If so, which ones? Why do Christians need to follow the Law relating to creating graven images of God, but are free to eat lobster? According to Jews, both are equal.

This is a serious theological question, not a criticism. Please respond seriously. I am not "Christian bashing." I am Jewish, have studied some Christian theology, and have some questions. Thank you.
