He was in human form just like we are, he faced the temptations that we do, and he had the same spirit that we have, for he has given it to us. So what enabled him to overcome all the temptations of the enemy and not sin?

Recently, Father Ben has retired and is chilling at home telling everyone to refer to him now as Mr. Dover completely dropping the positition at the church and handing it over to the 'new guy'...I knew it wasn't right from the minute this guy crashed through the wall...He was at least 7 ft tall, big and red, shaped like a pitcher and was wearing sunglasses..INSIDE THE CHURCH! And if that's not wierd enough, the first thing he did was call up all the people who were skeptical that god is not the true creator in front of everyone, pulled a random stack of paper cups from his robe, and forced them to drink it at pistol point....I didn't go up..something just didn't feel right about the situation. Last night I couldn't stop thinking that I somehow recognized this guy....

Can any1 help me identify him?

How is eternal bliss meaningful? How is it any more meaningful than trippin' on heroin? The only purpose of being happy is to survive another day, to continue your lineage. If that's true then what's the purpose of being happy when you're already dead and unable to procreate? Why is there meaning in ecstacy? Our emotions deceive us.

Please answer my questions, and don't just answer one of your own.

I have been contacted by many people who only read the postings, wanting to know more about certain things. It's kind of like the proof is in the pudding. When they act so hateful they give themselves away. "You will know them by their love" I say the opposite is true when it comes to these people

Fundamentalist Churches have grown 25% faster then the US population.
The US prison population has increased by more then 500%
Pamela Anderson breasts have more then quadrupled in size.

What does this mean and what can or should we do about this?

Cubikman has read my thoughts... If a soul goes to Heaven with all the mind´s baggage, it will inevitably get bored after a while, but even worse, an instinct filled soul would clash with others exactly the same way they do here on Earth and endanger the very structure of the place with strife and violence. Now if the soul is stripped of memories and instincts and if Heaven is a timeless place, one would be unable to recognize his/her kin and friends. With no timeframe, there´d be no cause and no consequence. Happiness is finally the ability to compare a present state with other states and appreciate a lack of suffering and a buoyant emotion... but without time how? That´s one of the aspects that makes me an atheist. What do you think?

Another question for christians.
If your body, and this world really mean nothing in the grand scheme of your soul, then why are some sent to hell after only a few years of having flesh?
If you accept Jesus with your soul, then why can't you accept Jesus while your soul is in hell?

Why are they so ignorant to this fact and they hate each other vehemently, when, aside from the divinity of Jesus, their beliefs are quite the same! I think the reason they wrongly think their religions are so different from each other is because their politicians and clerics are brainwashing them by filling their minds with lies to keep them controlled!

Most Jewish Rabbi say hell is just a distance from god, and at times say there are different distances from god.
Most Christian leaders preach hell fire, and pain, and a complete lack of god.
What do you believe, and why? (I'm asking because Christianity came from Judaism, and this idea seems to have been skewwed over the years)

1 Cor 12:23 and on, explains that some parts of the body (individual members) should be hidden from the world outside. I was thinking that maybe we should have a test on some really basic Bible understanding b4 we tell a new born they can go out and say i am a christian and this is the truth , when sometimes what they are saying is the opposite of truth. I am not talking debatable issues like eternal security or whether there will be a rapture but some basics like being aggressive is not what Jesus taught as a first line way to handle things, or that we should try to be in one accord and probably not advertise that we are not always or always not
