When the devil wakes up in the morning......Does he put on his Red Leotard "one leg at a time" like the rest of us?

Also, I've been told that he wan'ts to kill, steal and destroy.

What can I do to foil his dastardly plans?

If you believe this, cite some verses! Just don't say yes or no (some of you will).

The Crusades, The Holocaust, The Inquisition. It seems humanity will always make up reasons to feel alive because feeling dead is worse than death.

Seriously! Christians freak out about evolution leaving no room for ntelligent design theories, but let's consider this:
Evolution is not the big bang theory, nor does it make any claims into how life began. The study of evolution is only involved with what happens to life that already exists! Creationists should pick this bone with the chemists of the world instead, because their work is much more likely to deal with "how" life begins.
There's no reason why people can't believe that God created life (if they so choose), and then it evolved. So why the controversy?

Hint: The answer is NOT in the wholly bible.
That's the truth.

I will give the person who gets the question correct $100.00.

Religions were invented becuase people got scared of what they did not and could not understand...like the sun...and rain etc etc. Very Basic stuff that people thousands of years ago had no explanation for. Now that Science is here, why is religion still here?

I would like to know, what it is that gives you the 'right' to tell people that they need to be saved? That is judging those who don't share the same beliefs as you. My brother in law is now a born again christian, and to me, he has changed so much.He is not the kind caring man that he once was. Now, he spends all his money buying books and videos (lining someones pockets eh?) about the likes of J.K.Rowling being a witch. He even thinks I am a witch because i have candles in my sitting room, crystal windchimes hanging throughout my house, and I read alot about chakras and energies, auras and colours.Surely God will be the one to judge us!

by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

So, when you use the term "Christian", are you referring to those who profess Christ, but really are "workers of iniquity"?

What is a true Christian and how do you recognize one?

Shouldn't we move the homeless out of the way or put then to some kind of work. Make them be of use to the society they are sucking off. By move I mean, make disappers. Wouldn't that be a better way to make parks cleaner and subway stations too?

Given that this particular individual posts hate on a site that is supposed to be and honest interchange between people curious about human spirituality and religion, would it not be best to ignore this person? Not answer his questions? Given that he writes things like,

"Let's all do Jebus' work put these sub humans even lower in society,"

By answering him, are we not feeding the unbalanced nature of someone who suffers from some form of sociopathy?

By not responding, eventually he will stop posting this poison. Maybe he'll get the clue that he should seek professional help.

Background: Creationists - specifically young Earth creationists, contend that God made the Earth recently, that Dinosaur walked with man, they point to the thickness of moondust and thermodyamics, all really bad science.

So hypothetically, if all the energy they spent with that junk science they spent on "actual science", forget the God no God thing everyone is sick of it and I believe they are free to believe what they want, I support their freedom to do so absolutely, but what if they harnassed that energy on real issues, like modern medical cures, or feeding hunger, or eliminating genocide and war?

How far would the human race go if the Creationists stopped their "spiritual warfare" and joined us for real progress?

Would they even be an outstanding addition? Even if it was the guy in the corner saying "what if that goes wrong" it would be a step up from "our dogma says blah blah blah".

Just wondering what you think.

I think they might help if they joined us.

Judges 4:17-22-- 17 But Sisera fled away on foot to the tent of Jael, the wife of Heber the Kenite, for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite. 18 And Jael came out to meet Sisera and said to him, “Turn aside, my lord; turn aside to me; do not be afraid.” So he turned aside to her into the tent, and she covered him with a rug. 19 And he said to her, “Please give me a little water to drink, for I am thirsty.” So she opened a skin of milk and gave him a drink and covered him. 20 And he said to her, “Stand at the opening of the tent, and if any man comes and asks you, ‘Is anyone here?’ say, ‘No.’” 21 But Jael the wife of Heber took a tent peg, and took a hammer in her hand. Then she went softly to him and drove the peg into his temple until it went down into the ground while he was lying fast asleep from weariness. So he died. 22 And behold, as Barak was pursuing Sisera, Jael went out to meet him and said to him, “Come, and I will show you the man whom you are seeking.” So he went in to her tent, and there lay Sisera dead, with the tent peg in his temple.
